I've been a maintenance & construction manager for a large facility for a very long time and if one of my team tried to pull this off, I would have been embarrassed. Any one of our team could have knocked this out in 15 minutes. I even tried to help him figure it out and encouraged the guy that the fix was possible, but I think he was intimidated by the job and just wanted to leave. The job should have been an easy one. I was trying to save some time for other projects by calling in a local company, but I ended up wasting more time than necessary. P.S. I couldn't find the "plumber's" name on the state license look up. Pretty sure an apprentice was sent to do a journeyman's job, by himself. Very weak delivery!

I reached out to 4 different solar companies but couldn't get anyone to follow thru. I finally reached #1 Plumbing. I was able to get an appointment when the tech actually showed up and get an estimate on what it would cost to replace my inverter. The techs showed up when they said that would, fixed my inverter and helped me with the app. I am so grateful that this is done. Plus they were great to work with. Very friendly and courteous.
