If I could give 0 stars I would! Absolute worst auction experience I have ever had out of all the…read moretime I've been doing it. Went to attempt to purchase a huge outdoor unit for $10 that no one wanted, my first mistake on my end, I figured it wouldn't have been as difficult as it ended up being. At first everything was smooth and easy purchasing the unit and paying the $150 deposit that is supposed to be refunded after the unit was cleaned out. Little did I know, not only did I never receive my deposit but also received an unpleasant email days later accusing me of leaving items at the Mexican restaurant next door. After spending multiple days in 90 degree weather with only two people emptying the unit, the third person almost having heat stroke having to leave. The unit was a 10-12 foot by 30 foot unit!!! So not only did I end up renting 2 uhaul trucks on separate says but also was greeted with dead mice and cockroaches everywhere! Either way I carried on and suffered day in and day out. Finally after days of struggle we finally had accomplished emptying the unit to be met with the email stated above saying "I had left things next door" If I would have known they were to take my deposit I would have actually not removed anything other than what I wanted! Which is what is done when people aren't expecting to get their deposit back! I feel extremely played and upset about this! Especially since I never received any of my deposit back so I pretty much suffered for nothing!!! NEVER AGAIN WILL EVER DO BUSINESS WITH ANY OF THESE PEOPLE! Not that I would ever want my things at any unit or storage facility with dead mice and cockroaches everywhere! No thanks definitely not for the HIGH PRICE they charge...

I just have work equipment in my large unit (tools, some ladders and ropes, and whatnot), so no reason for bugs to be around, but I've noticed an ant trail several times running through my unit. There's absolutely nothing organic in my unit, so not sure what the ants are looking for. And now recently have seen a couple small roaches running under the door. Same story; there's only tools, so it's not a huge deal for me, but for anyone storing clothes or personal belongings, I could see how it might be an issue. Just beware, renters. I'm going to let the office know, but if they check these ratings, they may want to jump on this issue with an exterminator. The bugs bring a 5 star rating down to 3 stars.

It looks better / good too. Gives it a more modern look to it. Customer service is ok. The ladies that work here are nice and aggressive at the same time. But hey! You have to be aggressive in this area. With the characters that pass through this laundry mat. Lol! The people that I have met just sitting there reading my books in silence. Has been quite amusing. Lol! It's not that expensive. Just bring ones and fives with you. Cause the laundry attendants do not make change for you. So if you put that $20.00 bill on that laundry card. Don't stand there wondering if the machine is about to give you change back. Lol! Smh! There is a dollar tree and rite aid close by if you need to get some change or if you need some laundry detergent or softer sheets. If your car breaks down Auto Zone is next door. And their are lots and lots of places to eat in the surrounding area. So yep!!!! This laundry mat is very convenient!!! Lol!

On top of my unit being infested with rodents and valued and cherished personal belongings from my daughters childhood having to be thrown away (because there were dead rodents and layers of feces and urine, see pics attached), the unit that they moved me into while all of this was getting situated, has been rented out and other valued belongings I had (in the new unit) were "thrown" away by staff because they did not know that unit was mine. It turns out that the space we reserved was too small for us, and it seemed that there was water damage from a previous tenant. Admirably, Amy (our facility manager) was honest and upfront about the past situation with the unit. The walk-through was pretty standard and only takes about 15-20mins.including the paperwork (Depending on their printers cooperation). Plus it's only $40 for any size unit to move in. They also have surveillance cams everywhere, which makes me feel a little bit better about our stuff being secured.
