The shop features two rooms devoted to all things imports. The first room is mainly small items, from jewelry and candles to clothing and other decor items. If you're looking for a gift for that hard-to-shop-for friend, this is the place. The second room is full of seriously gorgeous furniture and larger household decor items. Dressers, chairs, beds, dining sets, tapestries, lamps, rugs...it's all in here and it's all just begging you to dig out the ol' credit card and re-dec your place to look like you just returned from a six month excursion through Southeast Asia. The staff are super helpful, too. I was looking for a wall tapestry for my daughter (who is trying desperately to add a boho vibe to her bedroom). The store employee showed me the different sized tapestries and helped me pick one that most suited my kid's vibe. She said if my daughter didn't like it I was welcome to come back and exchange it for a different one. (Luckily, she liked it!) The space was brightened up considerably and filled with affordable merchandise from around the globe. Add nice music and an uncluttered layout and voila! You have an inviting, warm place to buy lovely things for yourself or gifts for friends. The merchandise includes home decor and objects of self adornment. It's not bamboo cotton. its not organic. It's not eco friendly and not chemical free. Do your research you will find that's not how it works. Its viscose and rayon with tons of chemicals. That's what makes it silky. Bamboo strands are coarse. It takes chemicals to make it soft. Bamboo cotton is difficult to mass produce. Amrita is a fraud and also treats her workers abusively tearing them down for not selling several items to every customer. High turnover of staff proves it. Again I say look into her company and find out what real material is being used to make her so called sustainable eco freindly bamboo cotton clothing. It's a lie.

Ateefa, the owner, is not only incredibly knowledgeable, but also dedicated to providing her clients with the best. The way she matches outfits to personalities - she is truly an artist. My mom and I, by chance, visited her boutique one rainy Sunday morning. Within minutes, Ateefa was able to figure out our styles and suggest an array of outfits. After we made our purchases, Ateefa had even offered to walk our bags to the car because I was wearing flats and she didn't want my shoes to get ruined. I mean wow - no one today does that! (Even she was wearing flats!) Here's the thing - you can get beautiful outfits anywhere, but what you can't get everywhere is outstanding service. A simple and clean blue and white scheme, a large open space, a couple of racks of clothing, a simple artsy armchair, and Kelsi Dagger shoes! Their careful selection of clothing reflects in the brands that they choose: Covet, Something Else, Gentle Fawn, Spiewalk, Designers Remix, and a couple of other newly discovered brands today. Lots of cute tops and dresses, jeans, as well as a good collection of jackets. Oh, did I mention that they also carry Kelsi Dagger shoes (Pour La Victoire's sister line).
