Couple of issues the rinse cycle doesn't work all that well. I had a lot of soap still on my car after I had been through the rinse and the blowers. The other thing I noticed is it's used by a lot of elderly people and I could tell it was very confusing to them because the attendant have to go to them and assist them each time it appeared he was very polite so I have no concerns there. I would've given it five stars if it hadn't been for the excess soap that was left over on my car.
