The old girl was in need of some pampering and serious cleaning inside and out, so we got the full detail. Their man arrived right on time as scheduled, and worked on our car for about 4 hours and when he was done, it shined inside & out and smelled fresh & clean. Our carpets, seats, dash, doors, cargo area, windows and every little nook & cranny were spotless. Outside the paint shined like new. We were very happy with the service and attention to detail provided. It was very much worth the price, which was $422, including a generous tip. I can definitely recommend Luxury Shine for a very professional car detail.

On my drive out there, the car started giving me trouble. Originally, I thought it was just the battery but it turns out it was also the alternator. I barely made it to the shop and was told it would be hours, if not a day, before I would get my car back. I almost cried. I didn't know anyone in Elma and had to be back in Seattle that evening to make my flight. The guys at the shop did everything they could to get me back on the road within a few hours and even lent me their car so that I could drive to Montesano and get my work done. I was back in Seattle that afternoon and was able to get on my flight back home. I will forever be grateful to everyone at this shop who helped me out. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
