The situation still wasn't resolved as I was informed by my warranty company I needed a second opinion from a DIFFERENT company. Brad told me he would stick by me and help me out. My wife and I first contracted them to spruce up (a lot of sprucing up!) a home we purchased in Carl Junction, early in 2011. Since then, we've had them back for a number of things; Added a split system A/C unit, replaced 6, 6 foot windows, repaired our main A/C unit, got our gas log working again, tore out an old concrete patio slab & flower bed, and now in the process of replacing with some rock pavers. Built a nice patio cover, installed an electric doggy door... Our list seems never ending. In addition to the fact that the work performed is always outstanding, I've had enough experience with them to know I can trust them. To me, that's GOLD... Oh, and they're very good at coming up with good design, & build ideas. On one job, If they had simply done what I had first said I wanted, I (and my neighbors) would now be looking at a crappy chain link fence in front of my house. But now, thanks to some design ideas they offered up as options, we have received some nice complements from our neighbors, on the nice white vinyl fence & gate. Pros: The prices are fair, the work performed is high quality (they don't cut corners). Honest, Good people. Cons: (Not really a bad con) It's a small business. No big fleet of trucks here. So, unless you have a real emergency, you might have to get on the schedule, and wait your turn. Given my past experience in dealing with some other contractors, these guys are well worth the wait.
