Service person who came out this time wouldn't cap the leak that he admitted was caused the first time because he couldn't get in touch with his supervisor or apparently anyone else's supervisor. At least he tried per usual, paschals management is mia. Now we wait until they give us a call or it's time for our consultation with an attorney. horrid company. I will say the receptionist was pleasant and dealt with my frustration like a champ. She was the only one in the Springfield office willing to do her job today.

The actual installation took approximately 30 minutes, and the workmanship was only average at best. Despite this, I was charged for two full hours of labor. What makes this even more frustrating is that additional time was spent making trips to obtain parts that, in my opinion, should have been identified and brought to the job in the first place. I don't believe a customer should have to pay full labor rates for unnecessary trips and poor preparation. Based on my experience, this appears to be a standard practice with Satterlee, and I feel other customers should be aware of it before hiring them. If you're looking for a contractor, I strongly recommend getting a detailed estimate upfront and asking exactly how travel time, parts runs, and minimum labor charges are billed. In my case, a job that took roughly 30 minutes resulted in a charge for two hours. I would not use Satterlee again, and I cannot recommend them to others.

My HVAC died and it's old, they don't make it anymore. I'm also dealing with a horrible warranty company. When their tech came out, he was personable and very helpful and went a little above and beyond to help me which was impressive. The second time they came out, felt the same way. The situation still wasn't resolved as I was informed by my warranty company I needed a second opinion from a DIFFERENT company. Brad told me he would stick by me and help me out. The day of our third appointment came and Brad was going to come back with a friend of another company. He called 5 min before my appointment and canceled. I asked him to get back to me ASAP to reschedule as I work full time. A week goes by and I don't hear back from anyone even after texting. I finally heard back and was told that I need to go with a different company. There were other odd reasonings as to why they couldn't come out or accommodate me. I was also quoted SUPER high.
