Sara and her team at Simply Staging are amazing! The furniture and decor pieces they selected beautifully enhanced the beauty of our Hollywood Hills home, which sold with multiple offers well above asking. They not only helped us maximize the profit but they were a dream to work with every step of the way. WOW!!! Sara and her team did an amazing job transforming my master bedroom from an extra large dungeon of depression to a bright and cheerful luxury retreat that I can't wait to go home to. My husband surprised me with a master makeover and it was the best gift I have ever received! I'm so glad he choose Simply Staging by Sara to do the job. I love design and decor but, have had a total creative block when it comes to our bedroom. It's been on the back burner for a few years while we worked on the rest of our house. Honestly, I dreaded taking it on as it is a huge space and requires a lot of furniture. Over the years I've collected random pieces for function and it was starting to look like a hodge podge of furniture with no real cohesive color scheme or feel. After giving birth to our third child, I was home a lot and what I was able to look past before, became a nagging thorn in my side. I playfully mentioned to my husband how nice it would be to just have someone come and completely stage our room. Well, he ran with that idea and decided as an early Christmas present, that's what I would get. (I'm so glad I said that) He told me to expect a call about decorating our room and that day I received a phone call from Sara. I went online and saw many of her stages and fell in love with her style. I gave Sara complete control. She knew the right questions to ask to get a feel for my style and color preferences. After our conversation, I had complete confidence that she would do an exceptional job. I sent her pictures of our room and she suggested we keep our couch and ditch the rest. I cleared out our room leaving our bed and couch only. (It was so exciting) I was shocked when she said she could come in a few days with her team and it would only take a few hours to completely stage the room !!! And that is exactly what happened! Sara and her team arrived, I left for lunch and a few errands and when I returned I got the best shock of my life!!! I thought she'd put a bed frame, some seating, a few pictures, maybe a desk... To say I was pleased would be an understatement. I feel like she took a picture from a magazine and put me in it. What Sara accomplished in a few hours would have taken me months to do. Shopping for bedding, decor and artwork would have been near impossible and the results still wouldn't hold a candle to what it is now. I was so elated that I cried when I first saw the transformation. I still pinch myself when I'm in my new room. I can't give this business more praise. I tell everyone who will listen how amazing Simply Staging by Sara is and hope to work with her again. I know what I want next Christmas... my living room read more

Simply Staging - Home Staging Near Me - Redlands, California

Omigoodness! This company is absolutely fabulous, and like most of these other reviews, I'd give them 10 stars if it was possible! Cannot say enough about Linzey, Lauren, Joy and their crew. I honestly don't know how they do it, but they are complete professionals, their furnishings and sensibility are top notch and they are such an incredible pleasure to work with! They definitely went at least 3 extra miles to make my listing stand out and, of course, we received multiple offers the first weekend and will likely sell significantly over asking. I'll definitely be using them going forward and I hope they get tons of business from their work on my listing - Most of the people coming through asked if they could purchase the staging! Thanks so much guys! read more

In an era where buyers peruse new listings daily, the photos are critical. As a REALTOR in town, I know that part of what makes my professional photographer's job easy is when a property has been staged by Sara and her team. Potential buyers might dismiss a listing if the interior photos don't capture their imagination. With a little help from Simply Staging, one of my recent listings went from really fantastic to positively stupendous! They added just the right amount of pop to put the polish on my sellers' home. They created stylish vignettes and even hung additional artwork (at the proper height, I might add)! Simply Staging by Sara is a wonderful team. The crew is professional and efficient. I would use them again in a heartbeat. read more

Best stager in the area! I am a Realtor and when I have Sara and her team stage a home for me it always sells faster and for a higher dollar amount!! They are very professional and have the best looking furniture! They really turn a boring/bland house into a model home!! They are worth every penny as you always make it back plus more in the sale! read more

This review is long overdue. I sold my house in Rancho Mirage in 2018. It is a historically difficult market and I live away in Northern California. I was able to coordinate everything via email/phone and saw the beautiful pictures afterwards. In a neighborhood/market where houses typically sat for over 100 days, my house sold in about 30 days at an acceptable price. Sara's pricing was very reasonable compared to other places I called, with much better quality staging. It was a very simple process and I would totally use her again. read more

Simply Staging does an amazing job, I've used them twice to stage properties, both sold very quickly and for asking both times.

Sara and her team are incredible -- they are imaginative, creative, professional and easy to reach. We had a strange room with an odd feature that, for 10 years, sat essentially untouched. Now, we are in love with our "new room" thanks to Sara! She listened to our desires for the space and came up with a plan that we never could have thought up! She referred us to an amazing carpenter and helped us with every last detail. Hiring Simply Staging by Sara was worth every penny. read more

Sara and her team staged our home in preparation for sale. They were easy to work with, showed up at appointments on time, and communicated well. Her photographer also took professional photos to use for the home's on-line profile. Best of all, the house had multiple, full-price offers within 24 hours of going onto the market. I'd highly recommend Simply Staging. I know her team played a large role in helping us sell our home. read more

As a realtor, it is important to find industry partners that will assure you are a resource to your clients. Simply Staging is just that; a great partner and resource for my clients. They were the only company willing to drive out of the area for one of my listings; they quickly responded, previewed the property, made suggestions and had it staged within just a few days. The listing received multiple offers over list price and sold within 3 days. read more

This service is absolutely worth every penny. We received an full asking price offer a day after we listed. We turned away numerous other requests to view it. Sara worked on a tight timeframe and delivered incredible results at a fair price. She communicated well, was very responsive, and was very reassuring throughout the process. She quickly transformed our home into a model. We received countless compliments about the photos! She is also incredibly kind, empathetic, and considerate. We will recommend her to all our friends! read more

I was hesitant at first to stage my home when I put it on the market. I didn't know whether the cost to stage my home would make a difference. It did!! I am so impressed with Sara and her team. She was professional and very accommodating. Within 10 days after she staged my home, I sold it. I'm now a believer in staging your home and would "highly" recommend Sara over any other stagers in the Inland Empire. Thanks Sara read more

When my mother decided to sell her house, I couldn't imagine hiring anyone but Sara. I had seen her on HGTV Desert Flippers a few times and I was elated that she agreed to stage our little "normal" house. All the pictures from the homes she staged looked like million dollar mansions. Her team worked very fast and efficiently and at the end transformed our house into what looked like a home worth a million dollars! We couldn't be happier!! We got our first offer within 4 days of the listing the house and more came in after that. There is no doubt that Sara's staging helped sell the house. read more

I was very impressed by Sara and her team! They enhanced the look of my house and made it feel welcoming for all types of buyers walking through. They not only had a great design style, but also were able to appeal to everyone's lifestyle and taste! My home was sold within two weeks, and that has a lot to do with this company's experience and knowledge in the design field! Overall they were very easy to work with and incredibly friendly throughout the entire process! We will definitely be hiring them again for all of our staging needs! read more

Sara and her team have exquisite taste in staging and design. She transformed the living room of my 1920s Spanish style home. Sara encouraged me to step out of my comfort zone of earth tones (brown sofa, brown window treatments, walnut floors, tan walls) and add some color. Three years later, I still love the room and get compliments on the design as soon as anyone enters my home. I am not easily impressed, but Sara and her team have my highest recommendation. They really are the BEST! read more

We met Sara through her staging of a home we recently purchased. The pieces she used really made an already beautiful home so much more gorgeous. We even purchased some of her staging furniture once our escrow closed. Upon listing our old home after purchasing this new one, we knew immediately who we wanted to stage the property. The pieces and design elements used in our small, uniquely laid-out home completely transformed the space. Her amazing crew moved the items in on a Tuesday, we listed it on Thursday and by the end of the first open house on Saturday we had a total of SEVEN offers...over asking! I wholeheartedly know that Simply Staging made the difference in our sale. We closed after 14 days and for that, I thank Sara, her staff and all of their amazing talent! Will always recommend them to anyone who's selling a home! Top notch from start to finish! Thank you, again!!!! read more

Sara and her team added the final touches to our home. Two years later, we put it on the market and it exploded on the MLS. Within 48 hours, the offers started rolling in. Many were begging us to cancel the Open House that weekend. After the Open House we had multiple solid offers, several backups and a bidding war was on. By the end of Day 4 we accepted a 30 day non-contingent, cash offer over the asking price, and waiving the appraisal. It was a whirlwind! We successfully closed escrow 30 days later. The statements from interested buyers were, "I have to have this house! Who is the decorator?" We are confident that this would not have been possible without Sara's talent. If you are trying to sell your house stop wasting time and call Simply Staging by Sara. Her work is SIMPLY FABULOUS! read more

I highly recommend Sara. Her team was friendly, professional, quick, and they were able to work with what I already owned. I was pleased with the results and we had fantastic reviews from buyers and agents. Thanks Sara! read more

When we decided to sell our family home in Hesperia, our Agent recommended that we have it staged prior to putting it on the market. We felt that the cost was very reasonable. We were totally amazed at way the furniture and design installed by Sara and her team transformed the empty house into a beautiful living space. It was sold in less than 24 hours at $5000 above asking price (which was already at the very top end of the market). I don't believe this would have happened without Simply Staging by Sara. I highly recommend this service if you want to make your Home for Sale highly desirable and stand out in the market. read more

Sara was amazing! She transformed our home into a beautiful retreat and with 60 plus people coming to our open house- There was a lot of commotion and lots of comments on how wonderful the Home felt and looked. We ended up with an offer the first day! Not to mention we got over $15,000 over asking with multiple offers. That definitely would not have happened without Sara's expertise and talent. Best investment!!! Can't recommend more highly. The whole experience was quick and efficient and transformational. Sara is so sweet and easy to work with and has a great eye for what buyers are looking for. I looked around before hiring Sarah and no ones work in the area was better. read more

Sara did an amazing job starting my home. I staged nearly all of my home. My house sold in four hours and I was in escrow in 48 hours. Many thanks to Sara for her great expertise! read more

Sara is amazing! I originally used Thumbtack to hire a stager for my Victorville home that I am selling and that stager did not turn out to be professional. I explained to Sara that I needed a quick turnaround and she said she would try her best. She immediately sent me an email with the proposal and sent me links to her website so that I could see her work. I could tell right away she was the right person to help me. I could see from the pictures the quality she brings. I was unable to go to my home when they staged it but she worked it out with me and it got done. My realtor put the home on the market and in less than 24 hours I have a full asking price with a 21 day close. I knew when I saw the beautiful work she did in staging my home that the house would sell. I haven't even had the open house yet but I know I will get this home sold for the price I wanted if not more!!! Don't hesitate in hiring Sara she is wonderful and easy to work with. She is a consummate professional and worth every penny. read more
