Side note: As the person paying for this experience, I wish they would have done more than one coat of nail polish to help it last a little longer, they didn't use anything to help comb out her hair for the hair do they just kind of try their best with their fingers and bobby pins, and personally my biggest issue was that my daughter really wanted the mermaid bathing suit, however I don't feel 4-year-olds need a bikini, yes there is a tail that does come up and she could technically cover up but the tail does not look very easy to walk in and I feel like there should be more options for the bathing suits being there's multiple options for the princess dress. Luckily my daughter had an amazing day though and felt like a princess and wanted to be Elsa all day. Her excitement made my whole family's day!

A second set of people came in (caucasian as well). She gave them the same service. This time it was a mother and adult daughter. I went to the register and had to let her know I was ready to check out. She rang up my items and once I scanned my card, I asked her why the price changed. She said we charge a fee for using a debit card. I told her she didn't advise that. She only asked me what my method of payment would be. She then moved clothes off the counter to show a sign that had been completely covered up. I advised her to return the shirt and I would use cash. She refused. I will never patronize this store! I was ready to give this place a bad review after my last experience. Basically all of my work…read moreclothes come from here and I was so embarrassed the last time I went in the store. Normally the people here are so nice, but this one guy stopped me when I was walking out because the sensor on one of my items tripped the alarm. I know what most would think, that's his job, but I got a bad vibe from how he did it considering 3 other people tripped the alarm and he let them leave. Anyway, when i pointed out the alarm went off 5 times while I was there he said "Yea but 2 times people were returning stuff." What a shame that this guy treated a loyal customer that way. I even told him that it was the plates we bought, without fail they set off the sensors every time my partner and I buy them. Instead of checking that first he goes rooting through my bag like I am a criminal. This guy does not deserve his job there! For how expensive the clothing is there he should treat people with respect. Each and every person who set off the sensor should have been stopped, what if they bought something and did not have tags removed or what if they stole something? Fast forward to 2 weeks later and I got exceptional treatment again, in fact better than I have ever gotten. This young man Christian who works there helped me process what I thought was going to be a return. Instead, he found the pants my partner wanted, in her size! This is not the first time I have seen him here, and it is not the first time he has provided great service, but he went above and beyond today.
