Approximately 6 and a half years ago (a year before I was about to get married), I decided that I wanted to do everything I could to improve my skin and I came to Kathleen pleading with her to help me to figure out what to do! Kathleen is a skin genius. She has many tools available to her to help you look and feel your best. I was initially referred to her by a friend that looks like she's been drinking from the fountain of youth! Kathleen set me on a schedule of facials that were approximately three weeks apart for several months. She listened carefully to what worked and paid attention to the nuances of my skin. I was looking back at pictures from that time recently and I couldn't believe how different I looked then! Over the course of several months she got my problem skin under control and it looks so much more beautiful than when I first came to her! Mary is highly professional, thorough, methodical, organized and one of the nicest people you will ever meet. On February 26, 2020 I had to have two basal cell carcinomas removed which left me with scars on my forehead and nose. When I told her how uncomfortable I was- particularly with the fact that she wasn't even wearing a mask- she said it was allergies. There is no possible way her congested cough and inability to speak was allergies, but regardless she should not have made me feel horrible for feeling like I couldn't stay and get sick from her. She made me pay the full price of the service - $200- when I told her I was sorry that I am immune compromised and cannot risk it. I gave her $200 cash so I didn't have to wait for her to run my card and risk getting her illness. Thankfullly, I was wearing a medical mask. Spa Beleza has turned me off of ever trying to get a facial again and I used to love them. I would look elsewhere for a safe and relaxing spa experience.
