While talking to the manager, I mentioned I tried a capacitor that was a different size which didn't work so I figured I needed to buy the right size and asked her if that could have been the problem with the one I had bought. She said the size shouldn't matter and that there was something else wrong with the heat pump, and that she could have a technician come to our house later this morning. The technician arrived, replaced our compactor which took approximately 5 minutes and waited an additional 20 minutes to make sure it continued to work. This $55 capacitor which my husband had intended to purchase ended up costing us over $400 for a 5 minute job. What a rip off!!!!

As we were expecting snow overnight they couldn't guarantee that they could get down my driveway on Wednesday. Around 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday afternoon I heard some noise in my driveway and, lo and behold, there was Jim's truck pumping our tanks. They found a way to take care of our problem before the snow hit. We're very thankful that they made room in their schedule for us!!!
