And while we were looking at the menu no one even said hi for a good 5 minutes, until a man asked us if we were ready. We were still looking so he left to the back, and then when we were ready a minute later we went up to the register and waited 3 minutes for someone to come take our order. They were done with our order fairly fast, but on my elote they were very light on the spice. Still decent taste, and so fresas con crema were good too. But the atmosphere and customer service were not it, hence we will not be going back. It's like they don't want your business Very unfriendly.

I have never recovered from the first time I had pineapple ice cream. I was at DisneyLand waiting…read morein line for the Tiki show. I it was so creamy & delectable. I said on that day, "I will never find an ice cream this good ever again!" Now, this doesn't mean I don't eat ice cream. I do. But nothing compared quite to pineapple ice cream. Well, as time as gone on, I have had pineapple ice cream here & there (it's not very popular) and have enjoyed each moment. And then, this past Saturday, I am out on a bike ride with my wife, and I see this food truck called "Pineapple Bliss." And I exclaimed (out loud!), "wait! There is pineapple ice cream in NWA?!?!?!?!!!" So, we pulled up to the food truck. I noticed right away that it was lactose-free. All of sudden I was skeptical that this would measure up to my expectation of glorious pineapple ice cream. The young lady who worked the truck was kind and helped us understand the menu. They have a rolling menu of about 60 flavors that they change our every few days. We ordered the pineapple, of course..... and ...... it ..... was ........ perfect!! The consistency was spot on. The flavor was incredible. This is what I have dreamed of having in NWA. Now it is here. The lady asked if we wanted to try the other flavors. "Um....Ok!" said I. They had a cherry limoncello (super yum!), and a Ube (which is a purple yam -- sounds weird, but the flavor was excellent! I guess I like yam ice cream now too.... who knew, lol) All to say: HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Best ice cream in NWA. It's off the beaten path a bit, but totally worth it! I'll be back....very soon for more mouth-watering, taste-tingling yumminess Pineapple Bliss provides. Last note: be aware, this truck is only open Wed-Sun 12pm-8pm

The only reasons I didn't give five stars is because the girl behind the counter didn't even acknowledge us when we walked in and it seemed like she was the manager or something. No 'welcome in' and she didn't smile or anything when we were ordering. I've worked in customer service all my life and it just seemed odd. Also there is no pricing on the board, some pieces of printed paper have pricing but they were not accurate because we were charged more than what those stated In regards to the food though- great.

I ordered the chile relleno and my friend ordered a tamale and some chicken taquitos. My friend endorses the taquitos and reported that they were flavorful and crunchy. Salsa and chips are complimentary and the salsa was pretty decent. The tamale was okay, but not the best she or I have ever had. As far as the chile relleno goes, the salsa was flavorful, but the batter was pretty soggy all around. The rice was flavorful and had a great texture to it, though the frijoles refritos tasted like they were possibly from a can or mass-produced. The beans felt and looked like soup. I also noticed that the shredded cheese placed on top of both the chile y tamale was not melted. When reheated, the cheese held its position. Several birthday parties were being celebrated in the restaurant while we were there, and the staff and owner made sure that the birthday party crowds were celebrated by clapping and singing which was sweet and made the whole place feel festive! I intend to go back and try some other dishes to determine if some authenticity shines through other dishes/plates.

I was sad to see it go, but Sugar Llama is keeping the sugar going. The atmosphere is relaxing and enjoyable. The staff is friendly and helpful. Free samples of ice cream is great. The food is super sugary, but that is expected. They don't make their ice cream in-house, but it is creamy and yummy. My strawberry ice cream was super delicious So all good. My only complaint is the prices. They are high for me. I can get more ice cream at Braums for less. I can get small warm donuts for cheaper elsewhere.
