My husband ordered a sandwich that was $18, and when he received it not only was there hardly any meat on it, but the meat that was on it was mostly fat and he proceeded to pull a very long female hair out of the middle of his sandwich. Then when I opened my sandwich, there wasn't any avocado on it at all. Yet she had still charged me. When I showed the hair to the employee, she asked me if I wanted her to remake the sandwich and I refused because I had already waited for a full 30 minutes. They even helped us with desserts and beverage that we didn't purchase from them. If I could give them 10-stars I would. They were so helpful and we felt like a team. Also, because our event was at a ranch location and a little more difficult to stage, I appreciated that JoLynn and Madison met me on site to do a preview of the location. They even brought the chaffing dishes and service items so that I could set up the buffet line with decorations. This was truly an unexpected level of service.
