I used to love going here for mani/pedi - since it's so close to my house - but it has gone way downhill for service. I was the only one in the place for my scheduled appt time - a shellac pedicure -- and it took less than 30 minutes - to remove old shellac & do full pedicure - SO RUSHED and NOT thorough at all. Heels still rough afterwards - and basically no massage. So, so disappointing. And, $60 for that, plus tip! Crazy overpriced - so $72 for 30 minutes.... read more

I came here to get a pedicure done. I had made an appointment but they were busy and I had to wait for an open chair. No one told me to go look at the wall of regular nail polish even though I was there for a regular pedicure and they asked me to look at their gel option rings at first. I would say the use of organic in the name is pretty liberal - the nail polishes, gels, dips, and spa products they use are no different than any other typical nail salon- so don't come here specifically for that! Prices are a tiny bit more than other typical nail salons, the quality of the work is pretty standard for a regular pedicure. It's pretty much the usual experience of needing to clarify with the employee doing your nails exactly what you want so that they don't up charge you on additional upgrades. read more

I have tried every nail salon near my house and finally I have found THE ONE. It's clean, they are super friendly and they do a fantastic job. On the border of Lowell/ Ada, easy parking and just fabulous on the inside. They have a huge selection of high quality nail polish, new chairs, and chic decor. Can not wait to come back! read more

This used to be our go to place, now they seem to be more concerned with who is walking in the door than who is sitting with them. The technicians used to take the time to spend with customers in the chair and now the focus seems to be on the next customer aka turning over to make the next sale. So needless to say the quality has suffered. I think that if the focus returns to those in the chair the quality of service will return. read more

Best nail spot in GR that i've found. They've never let me down, their work is great and it always lasts way longer than any other salon. Go to spot now. They are a bit pricier than some other salons so if budget is your thing, you can probably find a good one but honestly it's worth it. My pedicure experience this morning was good. I went around 10:30a, and they already looked busy. The wait time wasn't bad for a walk-in customer like myself. I should've made an appointment, but next time I will. The whole pedicure was nice, except for my heels, it wasn't cleaned/scraped enough. The salon was so pretty. It has a relaxing and elegant vibe. The employees are nice and friendly. The only negative that I had is that I'm a first time customer and I didn't get the promotion that's advertised on their website for new customers. The lady didn't asked me if it is my first time there. But overall, I will come back again because of the service, atmosphere, and location because I'm only 3 mins away from this salon. read more

I got my nails done here twice and I have always experienced great service; the place is clean and I love the staff! They are all very nice and accommodating. Unfortunately today felt like my appointment was rushed, and my nails didn't dry long enough so she had to keep fixing the mistakes. Also when my nails were drying, a piece of hair got stuck in one of the nails. I already left when I noticed it, but I didn't feel like going back. A bit disappointed! read more

I have been getting tips for years, everywhere from NYC, to New Jersey, to Michigan. This salon is super clean, the staff is nice, but the quality of the nails they do is questionable. It's been a week and 3 of my nails have fallen off and it's not the first time this has happened either. I got the dip powder tips and while they are beautiful, they are expensive and it doesn't last long, multiple nails have cracks in the coating. I got many compliments the first couple of days I had them, but they just didn't hold. For $65 I wish they would have lasted longer. read more

They do not want your business. I drove 20 minutes to get my nails done. I walk in, she makes me explain in depth what I want and then tells me to come back the next day because they are "too busy". Mind you, there were three clients total. This was also yelled to me across the room in front of everyone. Don't waste your time. read more

Very pleasant pedicure experience! Ambience. Friendly. Professional. Clean. Relaxing music. Chairs and foot sinks are comfort and clean and beautiful. The best part of this visit was the completely unexpected twist on the the pre ped soak. Warm water, standard. Soak crystals, standard. Rose scent, pleasant change. Warm foot soak slowly turning into a warm rose scented gel.....whoa! This felt amazing! Then an powder (organic) added that turned the gel back into warm rose scented water. read more

I can only review the pedicure. Overall not terrible. My heels/bottoms of feet are still pretty rough, the nail part looks pretty good, the massage part was almost non-existent, and the people who work there are overall nice. Not bad if you need your toes done and your feet are already in pretty good shape. I'm just used to having my feet pampered and being able to relax, but it felt a bit rushed. I've lived all over and this is by far my favorite Nail Salon. It's super clean, the staff is friendly, and they do a beautiful job. Every time I'm in town I get a Deluxe Mani Pedi. It's a bit pricey but not for what your getting. The Deluxe Pedi alone is far more then you'd get anywhere else! Do yourself a favor and splurge you won't regret it! Horrible nail experience I usually get the dip but this was my first time at Simply Organic my nails were cut uneven and the dip is so thin in certain spots it's see through. Would not recommend nor go back again. read more
