I did a lot of research but going to Simply Injectables was the best move ever. Yes, I was anxious but the smiles and confidence put me at ease immediately! No bruising here - as others have verified. I was looked over and talked about what we'll do. Feeling comfortably with the person who is actually changing your face - for the better - is paramount! Went in on a Monday noonish so the place was quiet at first but could hear a buzz so I must have arrived when folks were at lunch. I gave them a budget and they kept to it with a tad over for additional filler which I gladly paid because they knows what they're talking about. The name says it all - simply injectables. If you are having fillers for the first time, buy some over the counter lidocaine and put it on an hour before your "work". Your aesthetician can put additional topical pain reliever on too. I've delivered 10# babies so I'm no wuss, but be prepared to feel some discomfort. No pain, no gain. It goes away fast and it is absolutely worth it. I have been seeing him for over a year for my Botox injections and I simply won't go anywhere else. His easy going, friendly bedside manner and happy smile will will put even the most nervous newbie at ease. However, his real asset is in his work. Not only is he gentle but in the all bottles of Botox we have gone through together not ONCE have I walked away from him with even the slightest bruise. Mind you, I bruise so easily I could rub my eye and it would look like my boyfriend beat me. So the fact that I can leave his treatment and head back to work with no one the wiser is awesome. I should also add that not only are his prices competitive but my good friend who is a Beverly Hills dermatologist initially suggested I would probably want around 35 units of Botox, 40 being the national average.
