Truly one of the best decisions we made. From the moment the day started, Dina made everything feel completely seamless. She set up both the bride and groom suites and made sure every detail was taken care of before we even realized we needed something. She did not stop moving the entire day - constantly checking in, making sure everyone had what they needed, and keeping everything running smoothly. There were so many pivotal moments where she stepped in without hesitation. She made sure my wedding dress got safely to the bridal suite, brought my husband's tux to his changing room, and handled so many incredibly important logistics that would have been stressful for anyone else to manage. I truly could not have gotten through the day without her. Beyond being incredibly organized and proactive, Dina has the perfect personality for this job. She was kind, calm, and completely collected the entire time. Weddings can be chaotic, and there were moments, but she kept everything grounded and stress-free. She even made sure I was eating, drinking water, and at one point appeared with a Diet Coke with a straw when I needed it most! My family and friends kept coming up to me throughout the night talking about how amazing she was. Everyone loved her professionalism, energy, and how on top of everything she was. I cannot say enough great things about Dina. If you are considering hiring her, do it. She will make your day smoother, calmer, and so much more enjoyable for you and your family.

She sent me around 300 videos and really captured our entire wedding night. She was also very nice on the day of our wedding, and I was extremely happy with the footage she delivered. Unfortunately, communication was a completely different experience. It was difficult to get in touch with her before the wedding, and we never had a phone call beforehand to discuss my vision or any special requests. At one point, I genuinely wasn't sure if she was going to show up. My videos were delivered through a shared album on my phone. I was never told that the album would expire or that I only had a certain amount of time to download everything, and I never signed anything stating that. When I realized on June 20 that the album was gone, I immediately started trying to contact her. Over the next several months, I texted Dina on July 6, 9, 13, and 20; August 3 and 12; and sent Instagram DMs on September 8, 10, and 14. I even submitted an inquiry through her website on September 12 hoping she would see it. I also contacted Amore Moment multiple times, and they eventually told me they were having trouble reaching her as well. Thankfully, my wedding planner/coordinator, Eva with Oziba Design Collective, had saved all of the videos and was able to send them back to me. I am incredibly grateful to her because otherwise I still wouldn't have my wedding content. I'm not saying not to hire Dina because the content she created for us really was beautiful. However, if you do hire her, download and back up EVERYTHING immediately. Do not assume you'll be able to access the shared album later. My biggest disappointment was not losing the album itself, but receiving no response after months of repeated attempts to contact her.

Although there's limited options for bridesmaid colors and styles so if you have a lot (more than 3) of bridesmaids I don't recommend this place. They don't expect tips every time you come. Also they're pretty good on time as well as having someone serve only us and not have other customers there. The makeup artist that did the bride's makeup had amazing skills and also followed the bride throughout her wedding ceremony to touch up as well as change makeup style with the different outfits she rented. The photographer from thus studio really helped us loosen up and have fun while taking pictures together. My dress was too tight on the day of the wedding and they allowed me to switch out to a looser dress last minute. I don't know what the price was but the bride told me it was a more budget friendly option and it included everything in the package. Just need to book appointments to come in every time and no walk-ins allowed. Also they didn't all speak Cantonese which made it a little harder to communicate. Only one person spoke English well enough to communicate with. It's best to speak mandarin which I and 1 other bridesmaid couldn't really.

I just received my wedding album and aparently the "silver package" gets you more of a booklet than a wedding book. Horrendous! Photos are dark and dingy. The wedding "booklet" didnt even come with a title page, our names or the date of the event!!! What kind of trash is this. Cheap cheap cheap cheap!!!! _______ The process for choosing photos was convoluted and confusing, hence why it took me years to invest the time and energy to finish my wedding book. It was incredibly frustrating just even accessing the album. Secondly, the "silver package" was not even the base package and it cost a few thousand dollars. When I inquired about a title page or a cover page, I was told ir was cost hundreds of dollars on top of the thousands I had already spent on the package which included day off photography and a wedding book. Your explanation is that "all I had to do was reach out" regarding upgrades...leaving out how expensive those "upgrades" would be. It is pretty standard to have a wedding book cover with atleast the name of the couple and the wedding date. Apparently, such a basic feature is not included. The photos were incredibly dark because the photographer took photos in shadowy parts of the venue and Abella couldn't edit the photos or enhance the contrast to fix that. Also, NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE at Abella. There are three locations, I would call all 3 and it would ring endlessly. Abella, you do not offer a premium product by any means. There is no one we would have trusted more to capture our wedding memories than Forever…read morePhotography. Having followed their instagram page for years, their photos were total inspiration and the "couple goals" that I always envisioned. Fast forward to last year, my now-husband proposed and I reached out to Forever Photography that very same day. So when I say they have been there for us since day 1, I mean it! I have always believed that photos would be the most important piece of the wedding day because everyone always told me it goes by so fast - and it's true. Having an authentic and natural photography style was a big priority for us when planning our wedding and that is exactly what Forever Photography delivers. Upon contacting them to share the news of our engagement, Jessica was prompt to respond and so excited to be part of our journey. Once we landed on our venue and date, Jessica walked us through the package options based on what worked best for the flow of our day. We are so glad that we reached out early because now having been involved in planning several weddings since then, I've learned that photographers book up very quickly. All of Forever Photography's wedding packages come with a complimentary engagement session which is such a value. To preface, my husband and I had never been the subjects of a photo shoot working 1:1 with a photographer so we were a little nervous about what to do and how to pose beforehand. Jessica has a fun and creative personality so she provided us with helpful direction throughout our session while making us feel totally relaxed. My husband who doesn't love to take pictures even said that he felt so comfortable in front of the camera! I really wish I could write 2 reviews because the engagement photos deserve a review of their own. We received so many compliments, even some going as far to say that they were the best engagement photos they'd ever seen. These photos were used for our wedding website, save the dates and décor items like a canvas for an easel and photo frames that we used for the bridal shower and wedding. Beyond the decorative aspect, the engagement session helped us to get comfortable in front of the camera... no one wants awkward wedding photos! As we hit the wedding year and the event finally started to come together, Jessica was so instrumental in my timeline planning and willingly gave me direction where needed to ensure all of the details we were choosing were cohesive with our theme. If you are someone who thrives on and needs communication, this is the team for you. I shared with Jess everything from the hotel rooms we would be getting ready in, to the color and style of the pajamas for my bridal party, to the smallest accents like our ring dish. Jessica even went out of her way to bring me a velvet engagement ring box the day of the wedding because she found one that matched perfectly with our color scheme for our details photos. This just goes to show how much she cares and goes above and beyond for her clients. Our wedding day arrived and the forecast was calling for rain so I was a very antsy Bride. I wanted to make sure we had a smooth morning getting ready at the hotel so we could get to the venue for our outdoor photos before the weather took a turn. Not only did Jessica manage to get all of the photos on our shot list but got us promptly to the venue in enough time for my husband and I to have our intimate "first look" on the docks with the waterfront backdrop we always dreamed of. Through every part of our day Jessica and her team did not miss one detail or special moment. Forever Photography truly captured the essence of the love and emotions felt between my husband and I, and the people we love the most which truly shines through our photos. I will never forget how in awe we were receiving our wedding preview photos and our full gallery, because they made our day look better than what you see on Pinterest. We can never thank them enough for capturing our I Do's, every tear drop, laugh and dance move on the best day of our lives.

There is actual depth to their portraits and these ladies are able to capture the nuances of every emotion that occurs on your special day. Take a look at their IG/Yelp review photos and you'll see that they look like Renaissance portraits set in the streets of Brooklyn. When my husband and I met up with Jessica, she made us both feel at ease, as we've never had our photos taken professionally together before. The tips she gave us made us feel more comfortable and made the photographs turn out phenomenal! I love each and everyone of our photos from our engagement/wedding, but my favorites are definitely the candid ones. If you're looking to stay on a budget for your wedding, take my advice and do not skimp on the photographer.
