He came and did the job, but when SolarEdge checked to see why the inverter wasn't working, it had apparently been connected incorrectly or not at all! When I tried to have Gerald fix the problem, didn't want to be bothered with fixing HIS mistake so refunded LESS than 2/3rds of my money and said he would not have any further involvement with my system.
