ES Solar addressed our first report, but when we discovered a problem with another circuit, they replied: "Due to ES Solar already adjusting your backup loads for free at your last site visit on 12/08/25, I've been advised my management that any future appointment would need to be charged at the standard Electrician Rate of $299 for the first hour and $150 for every following hour." I financed the system through Mosaic. This is where the problem arose. When I got the statement from Mosaic, it showed a principal balance of $18,000. Somewhere $3000.00 was added to my balance. I talked to Mosaic about it, and they told me to talk to the installer. The installer told me to talk to Mosaic. I contacted Sunpower and they said they would look into it. I tried calling the salesman, but he would not return my calls. I did get a call from a Sunpower customer service agent . She said she was looking into it, but that was months ago. She also has not returned any of my calls. Efficient Energy Consultants also has not returned my calls. The system is working, but if this is not resolved, I will be screwed out of $3000.00
