Everyone was friendly, professional, and accommodating throughout the process. The owner was especially great about communicating promptly via text and was always happy to answer my questions and work with my requests. It made what could have been a pretty stressful experience feel much more manageable. I'm really glad I had them helping me through the process and would absolutely recommend them!

Most of the bids were flat rate for interstate moves, even though both towns were right on the border of each state and most bids were approximately $1,200. One company even bid three moving men for this trip. I clearly understand when families move their entire home and all belongings, one may need more movers and time for this process. This furniture had no sentimental value and was not worth $1,200; I simply wanted to utilize something I already had as I do not like to shop. TJ's Services arrived for the pickup and delivered on time. They were very courteous and did a very nice job. I would not hesitate to contact them again if I had any other moving needs.

Our salesman, Greg, was wonderful to work with--he was knowledgeable, helpful, and made the whole process easy from beginning to end. The installation was quick, with everything completed in less than half a day, and the crew did an excellent job cleaning up before they left. Our new windows are absolutely beautiful and have made such a difference in our home. We are very happy with the quality of the windows, the service we received, and would definitely recommend Thermal Gard to anyone looking for new windows!

I highly recommend this company and the teams that installed our 33 windows on my home. Yes, 33 windows and it took them 4 days to get it completed. All windows were done very well, and you can tell they take pride in all their work. Again, we live in a prime spot and lots of people have seen and asked us about all the projects we completed this year. This was a project that we did not worry about after seeing the professionalism of the teams. Keep up the great work and continue it on every job. Thank you!

Our water main broke and we were able to get them to come very quickly, which was appreciated. What…read morewas not appreciated was the language by not only the employees, but the owner once he got there. He was mad at his employees, the tight space, and the inconvenience on a Friday, and he was not holding it back. The amount of times I (and my young child) heard the f word and that he was going to quit the job blew my mind. It was very clear and there was no confusion about what was being said. I can't help that my house is older, that a smaller person wasn't available to get into the tight space, or the fact it happened on a Friday. The "finished" job was shoddy, and will be fixed by someone else. After the last employee "cleaned up" we picked up drink bottles, supplies, and rocks through the basement. If you don't mind unprofessional, vulgar language and attitudes and having to fix things and clean up, then this may be your solution, but we will not be calling again. I would have rated two stars for how fast they came, but the fact that he told me over and over that he was marking this as an emergency. Just so unprofessional.
