I talked to the owner, she said it was last minute but she would be able to accommodate my needs for an extra fee, I stated I understood, 4 dozen cupcakes originally is $25 a dozen or $100 for 4 dozen or 48 cupcakes, and I requested 50 cupcakes, she quoted me a price of $175. We discussed 2 flavors, but I told her I would need to talk to my fiancé about one of the flavors. The next morning I asked her about the price she quoted me, if I was being charged for an extra dozen of cupcakes or if the whole $75 was for the expedite fee, I also texted her to change one of the flavors to plain vanilla. At that point she said she was unable to accommodate my needs because she didn't have enough time to make the cup cakes. So less than 12 hours later she said she couldn't help me due to time restrictions. I understand 5 days maybe short notice, but then just say you are booked and cannot accommodate someone. I ended up reserving a 2 tier cake 8inch and 10inch tiers from Nothing Bunt Cakes and 48 buntinis for $155. I bought some cake toppers and gold glitter and customized my own cakes. Nothing Bunt Cakes doesn't charge an expedite fee so I feel like I got a little extra for my dollars.
