You walk in, fill out a form with what type of sandwich you want, hand it to a person when you're called, and then wait for your name to be called. Service - The staff were friendly, so no complaints here. Food - The food is great! I ordered a combo sandwich with turkey, hot salami, and jalapeño/cayenne cheddar and all the fixins and it was delicious! The Dutch crunch roll was tasty and it was a hearty sandwich!
