The donuts melt in your mouth! They were sweet, but not too sweet. Moist, but not gooey. Small bites, but very filling. Ordering was extremely easy...they accept cash/debit/credit. Our extended family let es these cakes. Lactose intolerant me pops a pill and indulges. Albeit it's a small piece considering it's a tres leche (three milk). The cake is a sponge that has a milky sweet flavor, moist sponge but not soggy. They have different frosting flavors. I've tried the chocolate, vanilla, and a coffee tasting frosted tres leches cakes. Mmm. The cakes are a visual work of art. So darn pretty. The design varies. The cake decorating looks professional. The mini mart was clean and modern with a family friendly, welcoming vibe. Now back to those cinnamon rolls. They fresh bake and frost the Cinnabons right on site. They have the regular and large sizes. Some are boxed and others are in the tray behind the glass counter. You pay at the mini mart registers. The Flying J staff work the Cinnabon counter and it's not staffed at all times. So if you need help, you have to actively track down an employee which shouldn't be an issue. The staff that I interacted with, in the mini mart, were friendly and helpful. But I lucked out and there was someone there frosting a fresh batch of cinnamon rolls. If you are in the mood to gobble them down right away and don't want to do so in your car, there's a small indoor seating area with a few tables.

It was very last minute, I needed 50 cupcakes in 5 day, I called on a Monday and needed them by Saturday . I talked to the owner, she said it was last minute but she would be able to accommodate my needs for an extra fee, I stated I understood, 4 dozen cupcakes originally is $25 a dozen or $100 for 4 dozen or 48 cupcakes, and I requested 50 cupcakes, she quoted me a price of $175. We discussed 2 flavors, but I told her I would need to talk to my fiancé about one of the flavors. The next morning I asked her about the price she quoted me, if I was being charged for an extra dozen of cupcakes or if the whole $75 was for the expedite fee, I also texted her to change one of the flavors to plain vanilla. At that point she said she was unable to accommodate my needs because she didn't have enough time to make the cup cakes. So less than 12 hours later she said she couldn't help me due to time restrictions. I understand 5 days maybe short notice, but then just say you are booked and cannot accommodate someone. I ended up reserving a 2 tier cake 8inch and 10inch tiers from Nothing Bunt Cakes and 48 buntinis for $155. I bought some cake toppers and gold glitter and customized my own cakes. Nothing Bunt Cakes doesn't charge an expedite fee so I feel like I got a little extra for my dollars.
