She verbally belittled my mother to her face, and then took credit for finding our house, when all she did was the paper work to push the sale through! I was the one who did all the research, went out to look at the places before calling her, and tried not to waste her precious time. She did not even read the HUD1 before she gave it to us the night before closing, this is obvious because there were over $1,500 of erroneous charges on including a $1,350 charge for a termite treatment that was completely unnecessary as there was no active termite infestation. Not only did she talk my mom into dropping her price, she also talked her into accepting an offer that required her to make over $3,200 in repairs. But that is how Judy works, as long as she gets her 6% that she says is standard industry commission, she doesn't care who gets screwed over in the process. I wouldn't wish this idiot on my worst enemy.

Leasing office doesn't seem to enforce noise rules and tells you to call police... Had an issue with a maintenance worker playing loud music on a speaker in front of my apartment door despite me politely asking him to turn it down, and leasing office literally told me to call the cops on him... How about you discipline your staff when they threaten and mock residents? He became aggressive and verbally harrassed me for being "poor" and being a renter. He continued to be allowed to work there... What a joke. Leasing manager Stephanie Gil is also quick to anger and made me feel dismissed... Seems to me like she wants residents and the police to do her job for her. Pineville Place also charges way too much for tiny, old apartments in need of renovation that are hard to keep cool in the summer. It's taken over 2 years for them to tear down and rebuild a burned building, yet they have kept raising rent prices yearly... A lot of my neighbors were rude and unpleasant... Had undisciplined dogs and children that they don't clean up after... Leasing office does nothing about it... Would never rent here again and would advise no one else do so either.

We explained some of the above and told Her the dishwasher was badly stained with some red substance inside , many of the wheels are missing etc and she responded by telling us quote : YOU'RE NOT GETTING A NEW DISHWASHER!!! We responded also by telling her we were asked to send a video of whatever's wrong in the apartment in order to prove it and we have followed everything they've asked to the letter !!! She also asked if it was in working condition and did all the buttons work and I didn't know but became aware that all of the buttons don't work on this dishwasher!!! VERY NASTY !!! The taped messages are never answered!! If they see your phone number there they are not going to answer it !! We have had our names brought up in some of their messiness in talking about other residents here and they def have their picks of different residents on this property!!!! It's illegal for apartment managers and staff to discuss residents with another resident but some are believed to BE A BIBLE " and no matter how you defend yourself they will be believed!!
