I was scheduled to have shoulder surgery that I couldn't postpone any longer, but b/c my foster was a 70 lb pit, I was worried about handling him right after the procedure. I was told about Candice by some people at the shelter, and she really came through for me. She was reliable and punctual for the time I needed help and my foster seemed very happy as well. I spoke to the owners/employees at Adorybull and they seemed very understanding and we planned to only give him people interaction, no other animals near him. I knew or thought this would mean less playtime, but when pictures started rolling in via text, I knew this was a great decision. I have boarded my sweet dog at his vet, and he never looks happy there, but at Adorybull, I was most certain he forgot I existed. They treated him like he was their own. They arrived on time (9am appt) and my Yorkie was happy to greet them. Services lasted about an hour received a full package and nails. Price was a bit high $100 but was advised ahead of time that the Mobile services do cost more. The groomer was very sweet, and gentle and could tell she enjoyed her job. I was pleased with the overall process and outcome. Definitely would recommend!

I recently took my dog today April 17th for grooming. Her appointment was at 9 AM, and I didn't…read morepick her up until 2 PM, which felt excessively long. This was my second visit. The first time, my dog had a full coat of hair, so I expected it to take longer, and surprisingly they called me about 4 hours later. However, this second time, it was just a bath and a little touch-up, so I didn't expect such a long wait. As a service provider myself, I know how important communication is. Unfortunately, the person I spoke with on the phone was quite rude, which was disappointing. However, when I arrived, the groomer, kaitlin I believe was much nicer and more professional. I was told that puppies were prioritized, which made me feel like my dog's grooming wasn't as important, even though I'm paying for the service as well. Towards the end, I overheard a comment that it doesn't take 3 to 2 hours, which was frustrating since I'm not new to this. Because of how I was treated, I might not be returning. I had finally started again on grooming her prior to me doing it myself . It's unfortunate since I was recommended to this place and live 3 minutes away. The team of veterinarians (especially Dr. Foca), vet techs, assistants. and even the interns are all attentive and polite. They handled my 2 vear old fur baby with love and gentle hands. They talk to you confidently and listen to your concerns, giving you peace of mind when discussing "next steps." They also have Keurig in the front office (this was very necessary on the dav I came in). One little note: You can hear everything the staff are saying when you're in one of the rooms with your fur baby.... now know about several other customers, positive and negative opinions that were spoken behind the closed door. I could not schedule an appointment before I paid a non-refundable 100 dollar fee. I have taken my dogs there for several years... They informed me via phone that I had missed an appointment in January 2019...no details of the visit time nor purpose for the appointment. I Therefore, had to comply with their protocol...I learned of this policy yesterday, June 7th 2021could not receive resolution and told them that I did not think they should treat customers like this. Obviously they do not care! I told them kindly that I was not going to plan another visit and I would have a customer relationship with another veterinarian.

My fur baby had a severe reaction to the rabies shot. I was told after my baby reacted to the shot…read morethat it is common among her breed (dachshund). You'd think they would suggest giving prevention prior to the appointment knowing this information, but I was not informed. also asked the veterinarian on duty which box of heart worm prevention I should order as her weight had changed. The dr told me which one to buy and said she'd sent over the script. After leaving the appointment and waiting 15 minutes to make sure my fur baby was okay we left... Within an hour my babies face was swollen as if she were stung by a bee and she was VERY lethargic. I called Brentwood and they suggested I take her to points East. I rushed her to points East and $300 later we were finally able to go home but she wasn't herself for about 2 days after... Also after telling them I no longer want her vaxxed they heavily suggested I had no choice and that they would heavily medicate her before the next shot... UM if you have to HEAVILY medicate before a shot then you probably shouldn't take that said shot just saying. Anyway.... I went online the same day we left the horrific vet appointment and ordered her heartworm medication that she needs by the 15th which is coming up and we all know things are slow waiting for packages.... I just learned 3 days later after checking the shipping status that Brentwood cancelled my prescription unbeknownst to me. Said she needs a test first. If that were so why would you not say something while we were there? I could have done it then. Now I have to wait until next week, schedule an appointment, then order and wait for it to ship. i called this morning 9/12/26 for the receptionist to brush me off while giving me an attitude telling me they are short staffed and she couldn't do anything. I told her to send me my records. If your looking for an honest vet worth your time I'd look elsewhere. Brentwood needs to do better. It's hard finding decent, caring people anymore.
