If I had any extra time and space in my day / week, I did NOT want to work on those parts of the house . . . so they just got pushed off. They gave me a quick Discovery Session to discuss what we could do together, gave me some fab tips on what bins would work in my spaces, and then we did two 3-hour sessions to knock out my trouble zones!! They never made me feel bad about how messy everything had gotten. I had the movers for the heavy stuff, but I needed a logistics person/organizer to take care of all the smaller household things and determine what could be eliminated from the move, or be donated, or trashed. Basically to clean house for a fresh start elsewhere. I interviewed Shelley to help me move because she had years of experience doing the same thing for others, she was very positive and energetic, she was enthusiastic about helping me accomplish my goal, and her service was reasonably priced for the job at hand. Well, it was one the best decisions I ever made. It was very stressful time being on the clock and difficult making decisions about what to leave behind. If it wasn't for Shelley, I couldn't have gotten it done. She did the organizing, packing, helped me with decision making, like what organizations might benefit from my having things I was ambivalent about, and worked like a dog for three days. She unpacked everything and organized it in the new apartment like it was her own. She got the job done flawlessly as advertised. I recommend using her to everyone, whether the job is small or large. She is sensible, seems to have unlimited energy, a can do attitude, and cares about you. She is just good at getting what you want done. Period.

It helped to be able to visualize what they could do because we had no idea. It also saved time because we were able to discuss the design with them when they showed up to take their own measurements and refine the design. Plus, if there was a huge gap between where we were and their price, we could save ourselves from having to make an appointment but that wasn't the case. The price was very reasonable. The lady I spoke with never gave me her name, and pretty much told me I had to measure all the closets and send her pictures. So when I kept seeing that Facebook ad pop up, I made a comment that I was disappointed that in my reach out they expected me to do all of the work that their company should've been doing. No other contractors I work with expect me to get on ladders and send them measurements. Then that lady sent me nasty texts and Fb messages.
