I checked my receipt and noticed I was charged the full price of $12.99, so had to walk back in and do a full refund and repurchase it at the discounted price. That's fine, it happens. However, when I arrived home, I decided to peel off the price stickers to see the original price and it turns out it was originally $9.99 and they marked it up to $12.99 (with a missing lid) and then "put it on sale". Rachel was a pleasure to work with. Super kneadable, and really knows how to make you look great…read more With the passing of my sweet wife I was in need of help. And Rachel provided it. A lot of it. She is easy to work with, and works hard. She helped me establish what a active 70ish widower can bring into the new world of meeting new people and new adventures with the current fashions of the day. For me that meant dressing the Opera, Theater and Symphony, as well as out doors and classy causal look. I just don't see how I could have come close to doing what she did for me.

She said she could fix it and I should come by the next day to pick it up. I had to work so she said she would leave it in the mail box for me to pick up. It wasn't in the mail box when I got there. I called her (left a message because it was after business hours.) She did call me back the next day even though it was the weekend and said my order was not in there because an neighborhood kid with autism had removed it. I was so upset by the lack of professionalism and for blaming a special needs kid. I eventually got my order. If you are looking for professionalism and for your order to be done right the first time, I would take your business elsewhere.
