I am incredibly disappointed by the way my son and our family were treated at this business…read more My son has a disability, and while we understand that stores have the right to protect their merchandise, there is a respectful and compassionate way to address situations like this. Instead of approaching us with kindness, he was rudely told to leave because he was touching the merchandise. When I returned to speak with the owner, I calmly explained that I understood their concerns and simply suggested that situations like this could be handled more respectfully. Rather than listening, the owner was dismissive, unapologetic, and made it clear that he did not care about our experience or want our business. This wasn't about whether a business can set boundaries--it was about how they choose to treat people. A little patience and basic human kindness go a long way, especially when interacting with individuals with disabilities and their families. Unfortunately, based on our experience, we will not be returning. I hope this business reflects on how it treats all members of the community and recognizes that respect and compassion cost nothing.
