It was easy to get an appointment. The spa mani and pedi included hand/foot masks and a paraffin wax which was very nice. However, in the process the mani/pedi took just over 2.5 hours (after the 60 min massage) which meant spending almost 4 hours at the salon. I had called in advance while booking my apt to ask how long it would take, and was told in total it would be 2 hours. I was pretty disappointed that the manicure started chipping within hours of coming home. They use exclusively Zoya polish for their regular polish. The color I chose was streaky, so the layers applied were so thick that even not touching anything for over an hour was not enough. Additionally, the color selection was pretty limited - I had initially wanted yellow for summer but it was not available. Overall, was nice for a gift card. Plan your day accordingly if you come.

If you want to get your hair cut by someone who actively listens to you and has good communication…read moreskills do not go to this salon. If you have naturally textured hair that has curl or wave to it do not go to this salon. The cut you will get will butcher your hair in its natural state. Maria goes back and forth splitting her attention from one customer to the next. She will stop mid cut to go color another customers hair. She does not listen to what you want, she gets an idea in her head of what haircut you should have and does what she wants without even consulting you. I wanted a simple bob and I almost ended up with a pixie. My hair is uneven and sticking up at funny angles in the back which will take months to grow out. Maria is not only inconsiderate but she is also incompetent. If your hair is textured and you want someone to accommodate your needs do not get your haircut at this salon.

I stopped by for in early December 2023 for about 10 minutes with 2 friends after church. One of them was looming for hair oils which she found. While I didn't plan on buying anything, I saw a natural Tea Tree oil and realized I needed some so I bought 2 of those products which were both over a $1 (about a $1.40 for a small and long syringe-like 'container') and I bought a small Jojoba Oil too which is shaped like a syringe (see photo attached). Besides hair cream or oil products, they sell hair braids, shampoos, lip products, etc. I live far from this hair supply store so I most likely won't be back but if you live in the area then I suggest this store for all your hair and beauty supply needs. **** - 94/150 total reviews in 2023 - 645 total overall Yelp reviews - Reviewed on 18 December 2023
