Oil leaks on the freshly sealed driveway, oil leaks on our neighbors driveway, The end of our driveway damaged multiple times from the Pristine Green truck and trailer backed over the the edge haphazardly. At the site visit, no measurements were taken--none for the river rock area, steppers, metal edging, or even the wall they quoted to rebuild. Despite that, I received a proposal asking for my signature on over $4,000 worth of work. Understandably, I had questions about how these estimates were calculated. I sent a detailed email asking for clarification on a number of important points: What square footage or linear feet were used to estimate materials? Was the pricing fixed or subject to change once actual measurements were taken? Why was the retaining wall quote over twice what others had quoted for the same scope? I also asked whether I could supply my own boxwoods to help manage costs. I was told someone would get back to me to address my questions, but no one ever followed up. In addition to the lack of measurement-based estimating, the proposal included no pricing breakdown for the payment schedule, no mention of a deposit, and no information on when the project would start or how long it would take to complete. For a project of this size and cost, these are basic details I would expect to see clearly spelled out. In the end, the lack of communication, vague quoting, and absence of essential project information left me with zero confidence in their process. I chose not to move forward and wouldn't recommend this company to others who are looking for a professional, transparent experience.
