They've always had professional, caring drivers who you become familiar with and get to know pretty well. They do not cross lines and become your best friend or hang out with you but they tend to have wonderful interpersonal communication skills and treat you with compassion and truly care about things you tell them about. I had a rough turn of events and my normal drivers were very helpful for me as far as helping me get information when my phone was stolen and would honk the horn to let me know they were there one driver was worried I didn't hear the horn so they got out of the car and knocked on the door (like they were the police or something) so I could hear they were there lol. They've always been on time and get me to my appointments safely and quickly without problems. I could set up reoccurring rides or make same day pickup requests when needed and they were always able to squeeze me in. Some drivers even opted to clock in during their lunch break if needed to take me to my clinic. That really let me know the driver's actually cared for their clients. I especially like that no driver would ever speak poorly of their employers. They always gave praise to their dedication and hard work for everyone at their company which told me this company is an amazing well rounded out company that people could learn from. There's nothing like hearing an employee complain and whine with negative gossip about co-workers or bosses to kill the vibe or make you wonder if you're about to become a victim of an accident cause by road rage! Since I know they have volunteers helping mail out statements I had no idea that someone was actually UPS.They had to come back the next day when everything was packed up correctly. Simple fix, let clients know to box up the equipment for a UPS pick up. Six days after informing them of her passing we received an automated call to check the equipment because it didn't seem to be working properly. This is absolutely unacceptable! In this day and age there has to be a way around this so that grieving families don't get such an awful call.

I…read moreused to go to the Plasma Center and I use EnVida for pretty much everything and Vita takes care of all my transportation needs the drivers as well as the dispatchers are friendly, professional, and courteous they are a wonderful company. I highly highly recommend and Rita for transportation, it is amazing the service that they offer. It's not just transportation, friendly drivers that build were poor with the customers and EnVida goes to great links to make sure that the customers are taken care of. I like that. They have a 10 minute call that comes in. It's an automated update. Call that let you know exactly what number vehicle will be picking you up and exactly what time thank you so much EnVida for your professionalism and friendliness. My first appt they didn't pick me up at my home and after three phone calls in a two hour window a driver called to pick met up at my doctors office instead of my house and was 20 minutes late getting me at which point I rescheduled for today. 2. I called to have originally two scheduled rides. And the day before my appt scheduled to have my pickup from home to the doctors canceled. Just now I found out they did not cance that appt and went to pick me up at my house and I was not there. I called and spoke to the director of the dirextor and explained the situation and had to cut it short as I was in the middle of my appt. Another agent called me to let me know they're short 5 drivers (no surprise) and wanted to pick me up instead of at my scheduled 10 am slot, offered to pick me up at 12 noon. Needless to say. i would rather pay for an Uber ride a z taxi or ride with metro transportation any day of the week. I pray their disability trial program does not get renewed another six months bc after these two experiences and having spoken with 2 managers that there is dire incompetency in the way this organization is run. Someone has dropped the ball here and I don't expect their service to last much longer if they continue to provide poor service as they have done so with me these past two weeks
