I dropped a car off for a friend in Colorado Springs and was told there was a Greyhound Bus that went to Union Station in Denver. There were two leaving Saturday, Oct 5. One at 9:30 am and one at 9:40 am. 1. The bus station in Colorado Springs should be in the third world. Think Yemen, Somalia, Pakistan. Dirty. Smelled like body odor. None of the vending machines worked. The gate agent was overly involved in her iphone and wore a tshirt that said, "People are annoying, especially you." I am not making this up. 2. The 9:30 am bus showed up at 9:26. I wanted to get on it and get out of there but she said the 9:40 bus was right behind her. Wrong. 3. We waited until 10:00. I went to the surly gate agent and she said she did not know where the 9:40 bus was. I said do you have a tracker or a phone number to the driver? She could not be bothered and said it would be late. 4. I called customer service. After a 12 minute wait on hold, I was told there was a problem with the 9:40 bus and the next bus would be at 5:22 pm. That is right, almost 8 hours later. I told the customer service rep that we could have gotten on the 9:30 bus as it was almost empty and she said the gate agent should have coordinated that. I said I want a refund, and she said I had to call another greyhound number. I did and was on hold another 15 minutes. 5. Meanwhile I went into the gate agent, politely asked her to put her phone down and to do something to help the stranded people. I asked her why she did not put us on the 9:30 bus if she knew the next bus would be 8 hours late. She said the bus left early (it didn't) and the driver left before she had a chance to stop her. Both lies. She never left her seat or stopped texting on her phone. 6. I finally got through to one helpful agent. He took my number but said I would have to wait 24 hours to get a refund. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER give these people your business. They deserve to go out of business. I fly a lot on United and thought they were bad but Greyhound set a new record for poor customer service.

Unbelievable experience and worth every penny!…read more We were so excited to to experience this after years of seeing scenic train rides online. It was on our must do list for our first time in colorado. We purchased tickets online about a month before our trip. The one con is you may be seated with people outside your party depending on the table. I wish they would put this disclaimer online so we could've purchased an extra seat to have that privacy and comfortability. The views were immaculate especially with the fresh powder. All the staff on board were great and attentive. The food was pretty good too. I opted for the chicken sandwich; which was flavorful and juicy. We really enjoyed the bar cart LOL and the open air cart was perfect for the views and pictures. Cons: we found a hair in our welcome cookie and with the price of admission i wish we had our own table and space. Overall, i would recommend taking the family and loved ones on this experience.

I sat in one of the Vista Dome cars, where the ceiling is glass so you can see everything above you, and it was 100% worth it. I ordered the wine flight, and every wine on it was delicious. I also got the burger with a side salad, and honestly, I was pleasantly surprised. I didn't expect much since it's "train food," but the burger was really good--juicy, not dry at all, with a perfectly balanced bun that didn't overpower the meat. I genuinely enjoyed it. The staff was super friendly--very kind, attentive, and welcoming, which really added to the experience. There are several different cars you can choose from: a dining car with a bar, the Vista Dome, or regular coach seating. I went with the Vista Dome and would absolutely choose it again. I also tried the cheesecake. It was okay, but not something I'd order again. That said, everything else more than made up for it. One of the highlights was that there are two open-air cars where you can step outside and take in the views. The ride through the mountains was beautiful, the river was stunning, and stopping near the bridge for about 20 minutes was really cool and gave you time to soak it all in. Overall, this was an amazing experience, and I will absolutely do this again. Highly recommend if you're in the area. I will also say with this train.Make sure you sit on the left side of the train. Not the right cause the left side has all the good views. The right has o k views

They've always had professional, caring drivers who you become familiar with and get to know pretty well. They do not cross lines and become your best friend or hang out with you but they tend to have wonderful interpersonal communication skills and treat you with compassion and truly care about things you tell them about. I had a rough turn of events and my normal drivers were very helpful for me as far as helping me get information when my phone was stolen and would honk the horn to let me know they were there one driver was worried I didn't hear the horn so they got out of the car and knocked on the door (like they were the police or something) so I could hear they were there lol. They've always been on time and get me to my appointments safely and quickly without problems. I could set up reoccurring rides or make same day pickup requests when needed and they were always able to squeeze me in. Some drivers even opted to clock in during their lunch break if needed to take me to my clinic. That really let me know the driver's actually cared for their clients. I especially like that no driver would ever speak poorly of their employers. They always gave praise to their dedication and hard work for everyone at their company which told me this company is an amazing well rounded out company that people could learn from. There's nothing like hearing an employee complain and whine with negative gossip about co-workers or bosses to kill the vibe or make you wonder if you're about to become a victim of an accident cause by road rage! Thanks Grace Rides aka the newly named Nebu for being solid! Thanks from Pueblo Mall Blvd!
