In terms of business / customer service I give them 5 stars- order processing is fast and transparent. Shipping is fast as well. So far I have placed 5 orders with them totaling 29 vials and $1400+. In terms of quality I am less impressed. Most spesifically I am referring to the CJC/IPA 5mg/5mg blend. It stings worse than GHK-Cu, and it shouldn't sting much at all. The fact that it caused immediate, severe injection site site reactions (ISR) indicative of a heavy Trifluoroacetic Acid (TFA) remnant. While their CoA shows high peptide sequence purity via HPLC, the physical reaction indicates their vendor's synthesis lab failed to properly run the acetate conversion wash prior to lyophilization. If they had counter-ion analysis data to verify the TFA percentage, as standard MS/HPLC does not quantify this, they would have seen this. This is a common issue with CJC-1295 synthesis, so the acetate conversion wash is an important step, which was either skipped by the vendor or performed improperly. read more

Simple Peptide is reputable, has amazing prices (seriously shop around, compare their prices and the dosages you get compared to other places). The quality is top notch backed by third party testing. They undercut almost everyone. I did a lot of research on the company before making a purchase purely because the prices seemed too good to be true compared to their competitors. What I learned is that they don't pay a ton in social media marketing and SEO rankings like their competitors do and they pass the savings along to the customers. I did have one minor issue, and learned their customer service was amazing, immediate and they went above and beyond sending me double what was needed to be replaced. **minor** gripes / or just a heads up: 1) I would almost never pay for the $80 overnight shipping. I've placed orders on a Thursday and it doesn't come until Monday. 2) Their selection is a bit lacking - that being said, they have the core products you're going to come back for. I've ordered twice from simple peptides, and I have to say that their delivery speed is absolutely amazing. It only took me one day to receive my research material rather then the 2 that was posted. They had almost everything I was searching for besides snap-8 which I was expecting anyways, this is no issue because of their great pricing especially considering these were sent domestically in the United States. Delays in shipping! Poor customer support! Products are compromised due to lack of their 2 days shipping and product sitting in non climate controlled fed ex shipping facility. Simple Peptide actually stated they own the "fed ex" facility. Wrong! they made that statement in error several times and didnt make a correction. Vials had humidity inside the vials, pictures taken and sent. Customer service disputed the clear pictures and statements without resolve. Had several different replys from different agents which contradicted each other. Save yourself time, energy, effort and money and use a better company that also has third party reporting. Customer service does not care and will flat out lie in emails and make it your fault. Theres better companies out there. read more
