Heather, the designer, came up with great solutions for certain tricky aspects like an attic access right above one closet. This designer, the office manager and the team of workers, who actually installed everything in two days, were awesome. These install techs worked so quietly and efficiently that I could not tell there are three workers in the house. They cleaned up all the mess, hauled away whatever junk was created, vacuumed and cleaned everything. And I could put my stuiff in the shelves and drawers next day. The trash was left right outside the apartment without a new bag in the bin, and the dishwasher wasn't started -- small touches I've had with other cleaners in the past that make a nice difference.
