I came in to ship box with prepaid UPS label to return shoes back to online retail store. I needed…read more1 piece of tape to reseal box and tape or envelope for the prepaid label. This UPS store wanted to charge me $2.00 to seal the box. Most Fedex or UPS stores seal box & apply shipping label for free as to provide good customer service for the companies they represent. I did not do business with them and will never do so in the future!! Just wanted to for-warn future customers.

The owners packed and shipped it personally. The sign arrived shattered. They used one box, wrapped twice with bubble wrap and some peanut packaging.. Very poorly wrapped. It has taken since December to get a refund. UPS finally issued a check but was mailed to their store. I asked them to mail it and they did to the WRONG ADDRESS. When I called to follow up on it the owner said, "He did not want to hear it!" Because there was nothing he could do about it. He said that I must have given them the wrong address. How can I not know my own address! In fact it was the same damn address they shipped the sign to start with! Very poor service!
