I ordered one deluxe arrangement designer's choice (bigger bouquet with a vase) and the sympathy bouquet (with a white ceramic vase). Both vases were put together beautifully. The roses smelled so good. None of the flowers were wilted when they were received, and they were fresh. The bouquets were made the same day they were delivered. The flowers are delivered locally in Wrightwood. The gal was so kind when she delivered them to my recipient. I would order again and try other products.

My eyebrows were thinned out far more than requested and now look uneven. To make matters worse, the service was rushed, and I was actually left bleeding during the appointment. The older Indian lady seemed impatient and did my eyebrows the way she wanted instead of listening to my instructions. I paid for a service and expected basic care and attention, but the result was disappointing and unacceptable. I would like a refund.
