I asked why and the response was that "they just can't keep taking nail trims and anal expressions" I did tell the tech that I was not just a nail trim person and that I was a regular client. This made me feel as if I was more of a nuisance than a client. I did check the information out front and did not see any mention of an extra fee. I think that this could have been explained in a more tactful manner. Especially to someone that brings in multiple animals.
