A COMPANY THAT TREATS YOU LIKE FAMILY, HAS SEASONED EMPLOYEES, AND AMAZING PRICES!!!! (This low…read morerating score makes no sense) If you're looking to do any kitchen or bathroom remodeling, I would stop your search and give them a call! After getting several quotes for a full kitchen remodel I went with this company and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. My only regret is I didn't have them build and install the cabinets. For a fully remodel kitchen and bathroom with hardwood cabinets, soft close draws, and Cambria quartz counter top I was quoted 19.5K from design to full install. Billy was the main representative I dealt with; he never tried to up-sale me, actually quite the opposite, was extremely knowledgeable, and truly made the whole experience smooth. Any concerns I had he quickly addressed or provided reassurance. If Billy was off Gary quickly filled in to help with what he could and was equally amazing. Ken, who works mainly in the back, builds the cabinets and also helped install my backsplash for an amazing price and workmanship. I have dealt with a lot of good companies, however I can truly say this one is in the top 1% for its professional, knowledge, and pricing.

I believe in telling the positive and not just the negative. Ezara with Plans To Hands was…read morerecommended to us by my mother-in-law. She had him do somethings around her house and had a good experience. We called him and he came out and gave an estimate on putting a part of some vinyl ceiling that was coming down on the back porch and a place where the gutter was having an issue. He gave us an estimate and we decided to use him. He set up a date and showed up on time. He was very nice. He worked most of the day and completed the work. He was paid the same day and the check cleared the bank. Everything was ok for a few weeks and then the ceiling on the back porch actually came down more than it had initially. Also, when the heat rains came the gutter which was only leaking in one small section is leaking in several sections. We contacted Ezara in June 2021 and he responded and said he would get us back on the schedule. It is now September 2021 (3 1/2 months) and he has not responded to our many attempts to contact him since nor has he put us on the schedule. We just want the problems fixed or the money given back so we can fix the problems. At this point, I would not recommend him or his company Plans To Hands for anything. If he ever contacts us or corrects the problems, I would be glad to give him a better review. Melissa Caraway & Linzi Appleby in Milton Florida
