She didn't even assistance me in getting up off the table and she clearly seen I was having a hard time. I understand Covid but we both was masked plus she had on gloves. She also made a smart remark about my leg fitting in the case for my knee pictures like oh it fits . I was in tremendous pain and she offered no sympathy what so ever as if my fatness was the cause of my rotor cuff complete tear. I finally understood why some Arabian people get discriminated against from the way she discriminated against me a disabled obese person. I'm this way because I can't move around I have complete tears in both knees and my shoulder too so shame on you lady. I have spinal problems too . People act as if obese people want to be that way ask us you just might learn something. But her attitude didn't change even when she seen as a tech my bones bad you may blame the weight fir my knee damage but my shoulder too. If I need more pictures and it's her I will ask for another technician or change my appointment. I was crying by the time the MRI for my shoulder was done she said nothing to me nor help me lift up from the table. I weight 250lbs I'm not huge. But if you are claustrophobic this is the place to come for open MRI just make sure you don't get the Arab lady technician then you will have a good experience.

I was scheduled for an MRI with contrast and my insurance company set the appointment up. So I…read morearrive 15mins early and was asked to fill out the necessary paperwork. When I returned to the desk, the lady asked for my doctors order. I told her that I did not have that but it should've been sent over by my insurance company. She stated she never received it. I, of course asked, how did you set the appointment and know what I need if you don't have my doctors order? Why would that even be acceptable? She had no answer and said she just didn't have it. I immediately got on the phone and called my insurance company so that they could start the process of sending it over via fax and email. While I was waiting at the counter, talking to my insurance company, the assistant at the counter asked, how was I paying? I explained that it was prepaid through my insurance company. She stated that she relayed to them the day prior that prepaid was unaccepted and that I could not present a prepaid virtual card, it would have to be a physical card to prove this payment. I explained that they don't give you a physical card...It's all done electronically and that this is been the process as far as I could remember. She continued to explain that she told my insurance company already. Why not me? I didn't receive a call to relay this info and since I'm the patient and had already paid, I should've been notified of this before driving to the location when my appointment was not approved per their policy. Also, it wasn't mentioned once I gave my name and was asked to fill out the paperwork while requesting that I removed my jewelry at the same time by this same person. So, the frustration was building as I'm waiting on the order to be sent and now I'm thinking about the compiling situation at hand. They don't have the doctors order, they're not accepting my prepaid payment and then she tells me that I'm over the appointment time and I'll have to reschedule... Are you kidding me? I am so upset and in pain, more disappointed in their service and the way they are handling this and treating me. The fact that I never received any personal correspondence from them and in pain at the same time is utterly ridiculous and it's obvious that they have a problem with communication, office staff, management and personal skills. African-American people may be an issue for them as well, as I saw a couple other red flags so be cognizant of these issues before scheduling with them because their handling of patients and insurance companies is very unacceptable. They don't care about the patient, just about their money it seems.

This is a really good PIC location…read more I used to go to the one on State Street in Chicago when I still lived there, so I'm already in their system, which made visiting a bit easier. I had to stop by today with a very painful cyst that I was afraid was infected. The PA I saw actually performed a minor procedure and removed the cyst, which was both gross and pretty cool/interesting. She was super patient with my mild exclamations of pain and pretty gentle during something that wasn't at all fun for anyone. In the end I walked out with a lot less cyst feeling confident I'm not gonna have a big issue with infection and can now follow up with the dermatologist in 9 days (which was the soonest I could get in somewhere more "traditional". Scheduling was easy on the website. They were busy but still got to me in a reasonable amount of time around my scheduled time. The nurses and desk staff were friendly and helpful. Nothing bad at all to say about this location and I'll be back next time I'm sick!

While I was trying to leave I was having trouble with the double doors. One of the employees sees this, but she is too busy exchanging information and flirting with a patient who was also leaving. The two ladies at the front desk were in shock at how blind she was and they decided to nicely speak up for me. Instead of the employee in the doors helping me, she simply steps to the side and finishes her conversation with the patient. I get out of the doors and I see her hug the patient. This was very rude and unprofessional to see and definitely not how I wanted our visit to end.

I had no power and everything at home was a bit chaotic. I hate canceling appointments on the day of service because it just seems rude to me. However, I had no other choice in this situation. I called and spoke to an appointment desk representative who was kind, sympathetic, and understanding. The storm impacted so many people, and she was understanding. Rescheduling was hassle free. My new appointment date and time was set for today at 11 a.m. Well, I put the wrong time in my phone calendar thinking the new appointment was 12:30 p.m. (like my previous appointment). I showed up at noon! I was so embarrassed and felt badly. Tio, the representative, was so kind and understanding. I apologized profusely. He told me that they would fit me in. I told him I'm willing to wait as it's totally my fault for mixing up the appointment time. The waiting room is gorgeous and relaxing. I waited for less than 5 minutes! The technician, Tracyna (I hope I spelled her name correctly), greeted me with a warm smile and escorted me to the changing room. She was so kind, professional, patient, and understanding. I apologized to her, too. Tracyna was so gracious and welcoming! We chatted for a couple of minutes while she explained the procedures and answered questions. She has a wonderful sense of humor and sweet disposition. The procedure took about 20 minutes. I hugged Tracyna and thanked her for being a wonderful human being. I like her so much that when I'm in the building again, I'm going to stop by to say hello. Now, you know my story. I highly recommend Prime Medical Imaging. If you go, please say hello to Tio and Tracyne for me!

I am not sure how they can remedy this but they certainly need to. My last exam, I had a sticky note on the order with the doctor's name and fax number; however, the doctor never received it, though they said thy faxed it. I had the foresight to call the day before my appointment, to ensure the office had the results. They did not, and I had to have it re-sent to the office. The staff is kind, caring, and thorough, but there seems to be something not quite right about ensuring the results get where they need to. I would recommend a "follow-up" protocol be put into place.

Took the earliest apt, which was an 8am, and they STRESSED that I MUST be there by 7:45am. No problem, I showed up at 7:40. They showed up at 8:05. Wouldn't have bugged me much, except I had a broken leg, no where to sit, and no one else was around to provide any assistance. The lady was luke-warm toward me, but efficient. I was in-out within an hour. The one issue was that my leg was broken, and I could not lift it on my own, and she didn't seem eager to help me in any way get it up on the MRI table. Maybe it wasn't her job? Not sure - but I needed some help! Not much else to add - it was a convenient place to go. Hopefully, don't need to go again.
