Erin & Brittany were the techs who took care of me & did my mammogram work. They are super nice, very caring & compassionate, & quite helpful. Because of my referral, I was seen as a priority patient. I recommend this office for any woman who is in need for a mammogram.

An appointment I was not looking forward to, turned out to be a pleasant surprise. Everyone who I encountered here was incredibly kind and helpful. I did not have to wait long at all. Everything was remarkably clean. The Place itself looked like a spa or a restaurant. It was a beautiful and seemed brand new. If I ever need to go for another scan, this would be my place! The place is so sterile. It smells like Band-Aids. Also, I got my results within hours. The whole experience was amazing.

I was told that I had a severe heart value issue as well as very high a1c level and that I needed to see a cardiologist right away (they did offer to redo the tests). Fast forward - I sent my results to another Dr who immediately sent it on to a cardiologist who said the heart results were fine, just misread. I redid my blood tests elsewhere and my air level was normal. I did pay for my physical when I left the office the same day but somehow I received an invoice for something after 6 months. In summary, Dr. might be good - wasn't for me. Process isn't good. I obviously did not return.

After several frustrating phone calls and a bit of a wait, we were able to get what was needed and my mom had her procedure. While I know this wasn't the fault of the front desk staff, it was still a bit of a frustrating experience. That being said, we're happy that we were able to get it done. The facility itself was large and spacious, had plenty of parking and appeared clean - at least in the waiting room. As with any medical procedure, it's not a fun business to visit, so we're really hoping that her results are shared soon and that we will not have to return!

So l arrived and paid up front (because they require that) and sat down until they called my name. I was instructed to strip down to only my underwear and put on a gown. Then I had to wait in a waiting room with 5 other people in a gown in my underwear! They finally took me in and tried to put me in the MRI machine, So I asked "what about my x-ray?". I was then given attitude and was told to go and wait in the waiting room AGAIN in my boxers and gown. 20 minutes later I get called for my X-ray. Get the x-ray then go back to the shared waiting room A THIRD time for another 15 minutes! Then they called me for my MRI and this actually went smooth I was in shock. I got home and checked my bill and realized that I was charged $40 for the X-Ray that was supposed to be "free" and they were going to skip and ignore it! If I had metal in my eyes and they ignored it I would have been blind for the rest of my life! My woman contacted a rep of theirs and they made excuses for what had happened rather than try to help! Go somewhere else! This place is a massive Joke!!!

Marlyn was one of the nicest people I ever met and he treated me like a human not a customer. His smile lit up the room, we laughed together and to be frank im sad the appointment went to fast because he was a great person to talk to! And look, I can forgive no personality; I can even forgive lack of skill to a certain point. What I cannot forgive is a person who dgaf about the person whose arm they are digging in for so long that the patient is crying. What I cannot forgive is someone who doesn't notice sobs, someone who lacks any awareness that they have been digging in my mother's arm too long with needles. Someone who ignores the crying until my momma has to ask them to "please stop" and then a few seconds later, "stop" again. They do not have ultrasound guided IV insertion support, which is greatly needed. Do not take your loved ones to this location. If you have to go to this location, I highly recommend bringing an advocate with you into the room to make sure you successfully get an IV or are paid attention to when they repeatedly fail (they tried twice). All of the above for a copay.

Along with my regular exam, I asked her questions about another gynecological issue. She said she would research and get back to me. Last night she called me personally and provided me with the information I needed. The service, knowledge and compassion she provides is rare these days. I feel fortunate to have her as my doctor.
