Scheduling was a breeze through their patient portal, and I loved the reminder texts and emails (because let's be honest, I probably would've forgotten otherwise). Plenty of parking on a Monday afternoon, which meant one less thing to stress about. The lobby is located on the first floor near the entrance so that was a breeze! It was spacious, not too crowded, and I was quickly greeted by the receptionist. So far so good! They had check-in kiosks as well if you didn't do it through your phone. Wait time was precise. The actual exam? Quick, efficient, and not nearly as traumatic as my overactive imagination led me to believe. My tech was super professional and made me feel comfortable, despite the whole pancake situation. LOL! I asked her if it would be painful, but she reassured me it wouldn't be that bad and just a bit of pressure. The whole thing took maybe 20 minutes while she took 4 X-rays (2 per boob)! I was in and out! Can't complain about that. One important reminder: show up 15 minutes earlier than your scheduled appt to check in and answer questions online. A poor lady came in 20 minutes late and had to reschedule. I even offered to swap, but apparently, mammogram appointments aren't like concert tickets. The rules are the rules! Results are mailed to you and also available on their patient portal. Overall, 4 stars would recommend! See you in a year!

Could she spend a few more minutes with you, sure, but when my treatment had some bumps on the road and my cancer took a couple of turns, she was very quick to jump in, and was relentless in finding a treatment, scheduling appointments, follow up until confident on how to proceed. As far as the staff, the front desk and support staff is always sweet, the nurse staff is great and manages multiple patients with grace and care (Olivia is amazing), the RN's are smart, thorough and instill confidence. One person that is a stand out is Lenzy Rubi, I did the cold cap which was challenging and she was incredible in how she handled the prep, cap and treatment. What really makes her special is her attitude, she really shows the CARE in cCARE. You can tell she is not on auto pilot, she goes above and beyond and truly does care for the patients, she is professional, kind, funny, every visit wanting ensure comfort and care. So I walked in this afternoon at 1:30. I had spoken to the woman at the desk over the phone and she was nothing but kind and positive. It was easy to check in and I waited about 30 minutes. There was only 2 others there. My name was called and I was brought back to an X-ray room. It was explained that 2 of the techs were students but there was a radiologist overseeing them. I didn't care I was happy to finally be getting this dealt with. It's been pretty painful. They positioned me for three different shots and I was done. I love efficiency. I left and a few hours later my results were posted on the portal. I just wish the explanation was in lay person terms. I looked it up and I think I understand but it not really clear. My shoulder hurts and I can't wait until it's explained to me with a solution!

When I have gone in the past parking has been hard but not on a weekend. I think they are the only office open so you don't have to contend with other patients. Front desk staff was friendly and processed me quick. I didn't have to wait long until they called me back. The tech was friendly and talked me through the process. Unfortunately there was a problem with the machine and after a few tries she called in back up. I had to wait outside while they fixed the imaging machine. It didn't take too long. She finished my imaging and explained my results would be in within a few days. A few days later my results were in. Very easy.
