I had a very disappointing and unprofessional experience with this dental office…read more I underwent multiple root canals here and was left with severe pain shortly after temporary restorations were placed. When I called for help, I was told to come in. I clearly explained that I had a limited lunch break from work. Despite arriving on time, I was made to wait over an hour with no doctor available, forcing me to leave and return to my job. The front desk staff was dismissive and rude, and I was told I should be "thankful" just for getting an appointment. I later returned calmly and respectfully to continue treatment and even apologized to avoid any misunderstanding. Despite this, when I later called to schedule a routine appointment, I was informed--without any written notice--that I was dismissed from the practice simply because I expressed concern about scheduling and fairness. No written dismissal, no explanation, and no discussion of continuity of care were provided. I was also told I must come in person and sign documents just to obtain my own medical records. Patients should not be punished or dismissed for calmly raising concerns, especially during ongoing treatment involving pain and temporary dental work. I would strongly caution others about the lack of professionalism, poor communication, and how concerns are handled at this office.

During this appointment he also shamed my dental issues which was extremely unprofessional. 2 months later I come in for my first root canal and I was very anxious as this has been my first dental procedure in over 5 years and the dentist assistant was very rude about my anxiety as well as the dentist himself as he said things like " If you're too scared you can get up and get out." which was ridiculous!! As teenage CHILD you should most definitely make sure I'm comfortable , calm , and reassured. The procedure was extremely uncomfortable as he forced my jaw open so harshly it was shaking , after the numbing shot was not strong enough and I let out a small groan and small yelps in pain which were not louder than the drills they used I was told to " Be quiet because there are people here and I was not going to ruin their environment.". After the procedure they removed my clipped on bib the dentist said I was done and to tell my parents to book my crown appointment and simply left. The assistant stayed and gave me a cup of water which I swished and spit because of all the drool and blood ( from the injection site ) in my mouth. She then scolded me and said I couldn't spit out the water??? So I put it down and she said I could leave and I did. They gave me no pain medicine , no gauze for the blood and saliva , no facial compress , nothing. I truly agree with the other reviews and think they are very money greedy. All three root canals ( one of which I do not need.) and crowns came out to almost $7,000!!! and that was WITH insurance. I do not recommend coming here unless you and your children want to be in pain , uncomfortable , and in debt.

The provided me dental cleanings and exams every six months for the time I was under there care. Polite, kind practice. I would say even compassionate. The area has immediate parking. The waiting room is small but the practice certainly serves the community, the dental staff do real work. They probably are all over worked. They deserve recognition for their good work. Also, when you see a particular dentist in this practice, they MAKE SURE that it is the same dentist that you see when you go back for a follow-up. How intelligent is THAT?
