I didn't ask his name, but he speaks Italian and French. No English or Spanish. It was €10 for a haircut. The sign outside said men, women and children's hair styles. I watched him give a young man a hair cut and he was very attentive to details with the razor, scissors and buzzer. He did a nice job on my hair and I'm pleased with the look!
