She confirms the citrine stone and diamonds on my ring is genuine and the setting was very nice. She didn't charge me for the verbal appraisal and recommended for me to skip the appraisal paperwork since my ring In particular is just not worth as much ($300-500 max). Sooo Rare to find a honest business jewelry business. This business has Multiple locations too. I called back recently to inquire about a ring resizing, and a gentleman told me they had another locations much closer to me in West New York, N called J "Continental Carbo Jewelers". I highly recommend this business to my friends and family. They are always happy to help!

Omega, Longines, Tissot, Oris, Mont Blanc, Movado, etc. The selection of each brand is great, and if I'm looking for something they may not have, they can likely source it if available from the manufacturer. First of all, I prefer doing business with small businesses, especially these days. When spending my hard earned good money on something like a watch, I like to enjoy the experience of the purchase. They were one of a few Hamilton authorized dealers years ago when I was looking to purchase an X-Wind, and that's where I found Vinhas. I bought the watch and she ordered me an extra strap. While going through the store, I also found my first Tag Heuer Aquaracer that I bought a few months later. Since then, I've brought friends and family back for other watches, they have always been accommodating, friendly, professional, and I have always enjoyed incredible service. I happen to stop by a local jeweler while waiting to get my nails done. I asked to get my enganement and wedding ring appraised. Wedding band was appraised double. Engagememt ring was appraised less that the purchase price. Yes its been 2yrs before I got my rings appraised but I honestly thought the ads were honest about the appraisals been double. Since there claim to only buy clean diamonds. Dec 27 2022 I spoke to the Steve (Mgr) he was very direct, intensive and firmly says that it stated on the back of the receipt that only $3k below is valves double. When I told him you are being firm with me he says you are not letting me talk. You're upset. Yes I'm disappointed. Steve then firmly says will you now let me explain. I said no where in the video ads so it say that. I had also mentioned this saying double the appraisal at Jewelry Exchange in Hackensack,NJ. The jeweler agreed a well. It all boils down to honesty. When I do get an upgrade next year I will be sure to get the appraisal right away.
