However, the column moved loosely, and the car would not go into gear. I checked their hours online and they didn't open for another hour but since it was Labor Day I called just to see if they were going to even be open since it was a holiday. Someone actually answered! Spoke with Tony who was super friendly and told us to come when they opened at 8 am. We got there a little early after changing to our spare and he was able to take care of us right away! Apparently, Land Rover engineers designed the window regulators on this absolute trash can of a luxury vehicle to self-destruct on a rotating schedule after year seven.
