Upon walking in, the receptionist just yelled for the tax preparer to come get me, then just looked at me and said "go". The tax preparer genuinely had no idea what she was doing. Multiple times she asked me to clarify what the tax return questions meant, and then just started making up numbers of student loan amounts to enter. When I asked what that meant she just said "we can get audited and it's not my problem, it's your problem. So it has to be specific". Ok, then why are you telling me that you're going to put a number in that's not the right number? She also asked me the same question over and over again and stated that she's asking a question so I have to answer. This was after I had answered. Feeling uncomfortable with her ability to do my taxes, I asked to leave. She basically tried to steamroll and bully me into staying. It took me telling her to stop like four times before she would. The name on the H&R Block website also did not match her name. So Misbahul, or whatever your real name is, I recommend learning how to do your job or finding a different one. Side note, I heard two other employees making fun of a customers email address. This place is not worth the headache.
