I met the doctor and he was super. His staff was phenomenal! They were all so welcoming and friendly. They have a board with all the new patients coming in, my nephew thought that was fun to see. The doctor doesn't do anything that isn't beneficial to the patient. He makes sure that they get the best results by having a plan and it doesn't mean braces are the first step. Very well explained. Had to fill out new patient paperwork and they were nice when I took forever doing so. I'm not a patient but after going through the first initial appointment if I needed an orthodontist, I would definitely choose Dr. Helms.

Wires tend to get pokey at the least convenient times for the Austin children, and the people at Ashcraft, including the eponymous doctor himself, always go above and beyond to make sure my kids suffer as little as possible.
