Very bad doctor. She is so rude and careless to patients. She is not polite and actually very rude. Her diagnosis is wrong .

It was a really hard time. I had a couple of other ENTs unsure of the root cause, with imaging showing no issues, etc. Those ENTs mostly pushed for keeping my newly acquired hearing aids and not pursuing surgery to better my hearing on its own. I finally met with an ENT who recommended the right imaging and then referred me to Dr. Kiringoda, whom he highly recommended. When I first went in for a consultation, Dr. Kiringoda and PA Rachel (who is also awesome) spent a lot of time with me. He looked at my new CT with me and explained what his plan would be for surgery, targeting the exact cause of my hearing loss. Additionally, he would explore the middle ear to ensure there were no other issues and be prepared if anything else came up during surgery. He thoroughly explained the procedure and what to expect. Small Note: He spends considerable time with his patients, so appointments sometimes run behind, but it's all good because his expertise is worth the wait! I got surgery done by Dr. Kiringoda in August 2025, where I underwent an Ossiculoplasty, in which he placed a prosthetic due to erosion of the long process of the Incus bone. After my surgery, I experienced minimal pain and no complications. It was clear about a month after that my hearing was improving, my tinnitus was decreasing, and the numb feeling in my ear was mostly gone. By two months or so, my hearing was exceptionally improved. I am so grateful to Dr. Kiringoda and his excellent team both before and during surgery. I felt well cared for and still do, knowing they are in my corner if something else transpires with my ears. I highly recommend Dr. Kiringoda and PA Rachel Brown, and I have told several people who have asked me for a reference for a good ENT.

I've worn hearing aids for 24 years by total necessity to work and live because of this disability. After two successful surgeries, I can carry on conversations, workout and talk with people, hike and swim without fear of ruining my expensive hearing aids. It's miraculous!! I knew from my first meeting with Dr. Kiringoda, that I could trust him completely. He is kind, patient, caring and clearly experienced, but also humble. Excellent bedside manner compared to a surgeon I met with 20 years ago in SF. I can't recommend Dr. Kiringoda highly enough...he improved my quality of life in a way I didn't think was possible. Thank you!!!

I think she's absolutely great and one of the best!…read more She was everything I was looking for in an Endocrinologist! I was so worried with the limited offering in my network and area, but she appeased any doubts and I now have nothing but full confidence! I had total faith in my old Endocrinologist from Stanford Health Care network before, and Dr. Huang is just as excellent. She's very well spoken, notably smart, and undoubtedly competent -- which is evident from, and speaks towards, her impressive credentials -- I can even tell with even the lab blood work she orders! She ordered more than the run of the mill test that others have; ordered tests that spoke to the health of my other organs that might be affected or related by my condition. It's not only shown in this, but also how she even records (and I assume is transcribed) our appointments so she gets and retains every detail to not miss a thing and be sure to consider everything. She listens patiently, considers everything that has been said and explained/expressed, then lays out goals and makes plans to go forward based on it all (lab work, description of experiences, examination), and does what she can to help. Again speaking about how well spoken and smart she is, it truly shines through as she explains and describes aspects & things. She's very personable, understanding, considerate, supportive, encouraging, kind, and easy-going; which you can't say of many doctors as she is NOT pretentious, cold, condescending, inflexible, or insensitive (she is the exact opposite). Another positive that you don't find in many doctors is that she is most responsive to messages (sent through MyChart even); which gives & reinforces the feel that she is accessible, most helpful, and organized. Speaking of which, I really like that she and her office use MyChart and Care Everywhere so anything medical related can be coordinated with my other health care providers. The front office seems rather disorderly, though, and there have been a few hiccups here and there (not in terms of appointments and scheduling, but in other ways); which isn't too surprising as this is one of the few that takes Medicaid/MediCAL. But I have found the staff to be most friendly and genuinely eager to help! I actually enjoy talking and interacting with them (not shooting the breeze or anything, but in any administrative process dealing; they're just that nice & friendly!). My only notable criticism is that finding it can be difficult. Even getting into the parking lot can be difficult, so I would say the parking is tricky (both entering and in the layout/finding-parking). In terms of the actual clinic, it adds to the difficulty in finding it because its placement is not really in the front (which isn't too much of a problem and can't be expected of all clinics but) and there are no clear, big enough, or obvious signs of the clinic! The suite number or any signage isn't obvious, and I found myself not too sure it was the place even standing right in front of it. In the end, after I couldn't see my original Endocrinologist any longer, I was so nervous and anxious in searching for a new one as there aren't that many in my network and I was sincerely worried about merely settling/resorting with no other options. But I am so glad and nothing but happy & confident with Dr. Huang and her care of me. I feel fortunate and lucky to have landed someone with the impressive credentials and as competent, smart, and knowledgeable as her; and moreso that she's a wonderful person & doctor on top of that. All of this can be attributed to why I can finally say that my condition I see her for has been successfully handled after half a lifetime of it never being able to be.
