Dont walk RUN away! My daughter and I went to her. I went first and she told me I had to get a crown, one root canal, and 2 cavities. I was a little shocked but I don't have the best teeth so I believed her. I got the crown done and just wasn't happy with how it felt. I went from no pain where that tooth was to I couldn't eat on the left side for a solid 6 months after. Then my daughter (13 years old) went in. She was told she had 3 cavities and needed a possible root canal. I thought there is no way. This girl brushes her teeth 2 times a day and never misses flossing. A whole year later and an insurance change later we went to our new dentist and we needed NO WORK. To say I was upset is an understatement. I wouldn't recommend this dentist to my worst enemy. read more

Dentist Anit is I have found, an excellent Dentist. My old dentist hung up his tools recently so I had to look around. She had good reviews on Yelp so I went and had a meeting with her. I was very impressed with her calm demeanor and her ability to listen to me and understand my dental needs. When I had to go see her "for real" I knew I made a good choice. She knows how to make the shots tolerable with a steady gentle touch. Her office staff knows the insurance system and how to schedule appointments. I have never needed to wait around sitting in the office. Do your self a favor and choose Natt for your dental issues. read more

So disappointed in this office. Didn't get a good vibe from the office in general (next to a Taco Bell and is just the dentist and receptionist). Got fillings done with her in October and a few X-rays. Went to a new dentist this year and had a sore tooth so they did an X-ray to find out that this office charged my insurance for multiple individual X-rays instead of a full set so now I have to pay for that one X-ray I got. On top of that today I learned one of the fillings I got from this office is disintegrating and will need to be replaced which because I got it done only 5 months ago I will have to pay completely out of pocket. Unless you want to have issues later, go somewhere else. read more

We love Dr. Natt! My husband and I and our 2 boys have been going to Dr. Natt for well over a decade. She has always taken care of us and done great work. Both my kids have grown up seeing her regularly and have beautiful smiles and actually look forward to dental appointments because she makes you feel so comfortable. I have been to a lot of dentists and some did great work at a really high price and other did poor work at lower costs. Lindsay and dr. Natt made my whole experience really easy and PAIN FREE I would absolutely recommend and I will be back with al of my future dental needs. I use to be a patient of Dr. Natt and so was my wife. I was with her for two years and my wife was with her for a little over 9 years. Until recently we decided to take our business elsewhere. This office has completely turned on their loyal patient (my wife). Office staff is very rude, the information and records is never well kept. The service was just horrible. I'm not sure what happened to the staff, it's like they gave up caring for their patients--the people that put them in business. read more

I went in for a deep cleaning they did it but it wasn't done correctly, I went to a different t dentist and paid 375 for nothing receptionist is horrible at her job won't answer calls or give receipts or X-rays of what they did. Horrible service had to go to a different densit and pay for the whole deep cleaning all over again bc they missed everything and didn't do it right. Horrible place to go to!!!!!!! read more

I just transferred my insurance to this office from First Dental Group and I am so glad that I did. Lindsey the assistant at the desk was very helpful over the phone and in person. She assured me that Dr. Natt would take very good care of me. Dr. Natt was very nice and made me feel comfortable since it has been awhile since I've seen a dentist and know that my teeth are not in the best condition. I have to get a root canal and they were very upfront with the cost and work that needed to be done. NO surprise charges like that last past I went to. If there was 0 stars, that's what I would rate this place. I was in search of a new dentist and I was referred to Dr. Natt's office by a friend who recommended this place. I've heard such great things about Dr. Natt and so I thought I'd call to set up an appointment. When I had done so, I spoke with a woman named Lindsay to ask a few questions regarding availability in their schedule so I could set up an appointment and a few other questions regarding which insurances they took, their hours during the week, etc. She was so rude and acted bothered with all of my questions - cutting me off each time and was very snappy. It's such a shame Dr. Natt has to lose patients and business due to her ignorant front office receptionist. Go elsewhere folks unless you want to be treated like you're an inconvenience. read more

I broke my tooth over the weekend on Saturday, I called the emergency line and was given instructions to hold me off until they open on Monday. I walked in this morning to the office. They started me on paperwork and called me back 5 minutes later! I am so grateful that she was able to take me back. Not only did she take a look, I got to have work done on it as well.They called my insurance before the procedure was done to make sure it was covered. I have the tooth filled and a temporary crown in! I go in, in a couple of weeks to get the permanent crown. SO grateful for this office! read more

My family and I have been using Dr Natt for close to 8 years now. She was very patient and kind with both my girls and for us adults, she was caring and professional. He office is clean and the staff friendly, attentive and knowledgable. I have never had a problem making appointments and the dentist has always run ontime. My husband has had an extensive amount of work done, from Crowns, to Root Canal and Dr. Natt has done an exceptional job on these procedures. Walked in got greeted by a beautiful assistant. Me and my family have been going here for only a year. Second visit, I take a seat wait to be called. Payed the $10 co fee and she cleaned me up, after words says "You are building plaque make sure you floss more efficiently other wise next time I will have to do deeper cleaning" I smiled and said sure thank you for the advise. Before I leave one of the other assistants tells me I need to pay $75 dollars. I'm like excuse me this is a joke right? She said no you got a different type of cleaning because of our plaque. Look, if she had told me what type of service I was getting and how much it was going to be I would have been like you know what just give me the regular cleaning and ill freaking floss more better. It pissed me off that she didn't even tell me the price and that it was a different clean up NO ONE TOLD ME. Let alone it took 10 minutes and it didn't seem any different then the last clean up 6 months ago.. something fishy. Horrible experience. I feel like I got ripped off. She assured me that I needed it.. yeah right more like you need any extra cash you can get for your company. You ALWAYS tell your customer what type of clean up is going to be used and how much it is. Other wise I wouldn't have done it in the first place. F this place. read more

The best. Dr. Natt is wonderful. She is personable and friendly. Her office is always neat and clean too. I cringe to say it, but I do enjoy my 6-month checkups to the dentist - LOL! Seriously, Dr. Natt is very caring. My son had an accident and broke his two front teeth off. After spending Friday night in the ER, I phoned the emergency line. Dr. Natt called me right away and met us in the office. I was a basket case. Totally freaking out that my son had no front teeth. Terrible. She was able to calm me down and care for my son. She did a fabulous job. His new teeth look original. I cannot say enough about Dr. Natt. She truly is exceptional. read more

i was a new patient and feel that the treatment i received was not very good. dr. natt cemented a temp. bridge that i was told would last at least 10 days till my next visit.(SHE TOOK ALL OF 2 MINUTES) it was loose before i got home.I called the office to complain, and the dr. never returned my call. i was charged co-pay $65.00 for something that I could have done with my own adhesive.THE OTHER $250.00 WAS CHARGED TO MY INSURANCE. needless to say i will not be doing the permanent work in her office. read more

run don't walk away!!! this is by far the most arrogant and rude dentist i have ever encountered. i took my grandson there who needed alot of fillings she did complete x-rays and worked up a treatment plan but when she found out that he had a special dental insurance plan she said she would only fill one tooth per visit and informed us that she only did white fillings which of course are not covered on his plan!! she only wants to do what will make her money not what is best for the patient! she even refused to treat my grandson when he was already numbed & in the chair because i became upset with what the receptionist had just informed me about only doing white fillings and only fixing one tooth at a time so she just told him to get up and that she would no longer treat him as a patient! i have never encountered such an awful dentist with such a terrible manner in which she treated my grandson. please do yourself a favor and find someone who cares and wants to do what is right. i don't know why she even accepts this insurance if she isn't going to do the treatment that is covered.!!! read more
