Another day goes by so I reach out again for an update (you would think they would reach out to me if they really called UPS). I ask for an update and i am told "Hi! Yes. The issue was the product sold out before we could ship :( We are issuing you a refund today." DOES NOT MAKE SENSE AT ALL. Why say you will call UPS if it already sold out? Plus, why let me complete the purchase if it was already sold out? I was given a tracking number 5 DAYS after my order was placed confirming it was shipped out. I have had another friend experience a situation where the item actually did sell out where she placed the order and then she was automatically refunded WITHOUT getting a tracking number. Be careful shopping here. This situation will have me not shopping here anymore. VERY sketchy. I know I was not told the real reason. Probably gave away my item yet I already claimed it will my order. If an order is placed and you are reviewing that order and see it is sold out you should contact the buyer and not provide a tracking number. Not wait for the buyer to contact you.
