I have brought my daughters here with me, and we have always had a good outcome and a luxuriously relaxing pedicure. It doesn't matter which person works on you- they all do a great job, are attentive and courteous. The owner is friendly and makes sure the atmosphere of the place is peaceful for clients. I have had the manicure service as well, and it was excellent- but I only do regular classic polish (so can't comment on gels, etc). I had to go back to Ohio for a period of time and tried going to my old salon. While it was the best I had gone to there, it could not hold a candle to Top Nails! She's very good at what she does, extremely meticulous all the while keeping a gentle touch which is much appreciated when it comes to handling your eyes!
