She doesn't do criminal law (meth would be criminal) just strictly family law so I'm going to assume the "review" she received is a disgruntled client on an opposing side. My wife and I came to see Tyler Mullowney at his office on April 25, 2019, and told him that our…read moreneighbor had destroyed our driveway. I told him of repairs I have had to make to keep our driveway open and usable. I told him that we've had zero cooperation from her; it was time to take her to court for payment of repairs to our driveway, and most importantly, to enforce existing covenants. I carefully explained that I needed to hire an attorney to handle the LITIGATION. He responded by saying, "I think I can help you." It seems that was a lie. 7 months and $627 later (Nov. 19, 2019) we again came to see Mr. Mullowney. He said, "I don't do litigation." The next month he told me that a local retired attorney had agreed to litigate the driveway case and that he, Tyler, would facilitate the litigation. (Another lie but it got another $189 out of me). Because he seemed to understand, we agreed to pay the Watson markup. Court dates were missed, which seemed very unprofessional and uncaring. One was postponed by a vacation, and the other simply by tardiness, where I was the last one in the courtroom with no representation and the judge had to "reschedule", though I'm certain that's not the right word. I feel I could have gotten the same result months quicker and at a fraction of the cost had I gone another route. This is the most money you'll spend in Bozeman for a lawyer, and certainly not the best representation you'll receive.
