During the search I called many firms and most were too busy to consider me or took my "intake" and never even called back but Chris and his team was on top of everything seamlessly. I told him that we've had zero cooperation from her; it was time to take her to court for payment of repairs to our driveway, and most importantly, to enforce existing covenants. I carefully explained that I needed to hire an attorney to handle the LITIGATION. He responded by saying, "I think I can help you." It seems that was a lie. 7 months and $627 later (Nov. 19, 2019) we again came to see Mr. Mullowney. He said, "I don't do litigation." The next month he told me that a local retired attorney had agreed to litigate the driveway case and that he, Tyler, would facilitate the litigation. (Another lie but it got another $189 out of me).
